We purchased 2 units and they run very quiet and are very good looking in our bar. Keeps the temperature where it should be. One is for red wine at 58 and the other for white at 53. We did have a sensor issue and called customer service and found a perfectionist in CS!! Amy went over board to review our situation and present service options. I would seriously give a 12 if we could. She kept us informed everyday, told us what was going to happen and made it happen to the minute! This kind of customer service is, as we all know, a lost art.

This arrived in perfect condition. The unit weighs 80 plus lbs so moving it in your house is a two person job although possible to do it with one Assembly just requires attaching the handle for which you just need a phillips screwdriver. I let the unit sit for 24 hours and plugged it in as the instructions recommend. The unit runs very quiet. You can hear it but it is very low slight hum.

This is an excellent wine fridge. Has good capacity, and design. You should keep to standard size bottles or you have to adjust shelves, which is easy to do. Bottom shelf is large enough for larger bottles also. Very quiet, and easy controls to adjust. I have a Colzer air cleaner and that also is a great product.

This wine refrigerator was packed by the manufacturer with great care, which impressed me positively. It is very quiet as promised. and also visually pleasing. I did not realize that I would have to change the filter annually but I can deal with it.

Very nice looking. Appears well made. Reversing door and attaching door handles straight forward and easy. Temperatures are accurate. Set beverage cooler at 34 degrees F and my drinks are cold! There was slight damage to one case. As I am installing as a built in, the damage will never show. When I reported damage, they gave me an additional 6 months warranty. I was never able to talk with anyone at Ca’Lefort customer service. When I tried calling their customer service, I got China. Was never able to talk with a live person. That call cost me $9.00. When I called Amazon customer service, all they offered was a refund. No other options.
