I had a pair of these in purple from many years ago, purchased at Target. The zipper finally broke, and I’ve been forever searching for running shorts with a back zipper pocket that would fit my phone (iPhone 13 mini) that were AFFORDABLE. So many running shorts that are light, lined, and have a decent pocket are so expensive, like 40-60+ bucks, which is crazy! These happened to be on sale for <$10 (mine were $6 and change) and it seems like they change which color/size is on a deep discount every once in a while, so if the ones you want aren’t discounted, keep checking back! I wish I got the grey and teal ones when those were on sale, but I’ll just keep checking back. I want them in pretty much every color, because they are perfect, especially if you need ones that will fit your phone (as long as you have a smaller phone.)

Bought these in blue and liked them so much I bought them in orange. They are inexpensive but well made and long enough. I wish the back pocket were a half inch longer to fit the bigger iPhones.

I really like these! Light weight. I’m 5’8” and about 150-60lbs. I got a large and they’re perfect. I can fit my 12 mini iPhone in the perfect little pocket. I can’t even feel it in there while running! They have a draw string inside, and a liner. I wish the liner was more like compression shorts because these do ride up when you bend over.

I always have trouble finding shorts. This style always looks way too long on me, so I like the length of these. They make me look like I have longer legs! My thighs are thickish so shorts like this usually bunch up between my thighs. These do not. The under layer seems to prevent that…at least for me. I usually wear a 10 or 12 petite length pants and the Large size shorts fit me perfectly. They are also very comfortable. Love the stretchy waistband. I hate drawstring since it pooches out at the stomach, so this is perfect.
