The build quality is excellent, with solid materials and fine workmanship throughout. The scooter starts very smoothly without any sudden jerks, which makes it especially suitable for women and kids. My 11-year-old daughter absolutely loves it and enjoys riding it every day. The power is impressive as well. We have some hills in our area, and it can easily handle one adult and one child going uphill without any issues. After using it for a few days, the battery still had two bars left, so the range is quite good. Assembly was very easy. Even though the manual isn’t very detailed, you can put it together without much trouble. The braking system is also very user-friendly and safe—just releasing the throttle slows the scooter down, which is especially helpful when going downhill since you don’t have to constantly use the brakes. Lastly, I want to highlight the excellent customer service. During assembly, my child accidentally broke the front wheel cover. When I contacted the seller, they immediately agreed to send a replacement without any hassle. That level of support is really appreciated. Overall, this is a high-quality, practical, and great value electric scooter. Highly recommended!

The scooter was easy to install. The seat is soft and comfortable, and the presence of the seat makes the scooter more stable than a standing electric scooter. It is comfortable to ride, stable and easy to use. I use it to get around town and it is great. I like this scooter very much!

I’ve been using this for a while now, and it has truly been a lifesaver for my legs; it packs a serious punch in terms of power. I live in a valley, and riding this gets me to my office in just six minutes—going uphill or downhill isn't tiring in the slightest. On a regular bicycle, the same trip takes 20 minutes, leaving me breathless and exhausted on the uphill stretches. I simply can't imagine living without it now. Every day after get off work, my kids also love taking it for a spin. It’s incredibly easy to operate; even my nine-year-old son can ride it around the backyard all by himself. Unlike a motorcycle, it isn't bulky; its compact size makes it easy to load into a car and take along for off-road adventures. It requires no gasoline—a single charge lasts me three days. There’s a metal basket on the back seat, which makes running quick errands—like grabbing groceries from the deli down the street—incredibly convenient. I really like this electric bike. After riding it for two days, I’m very satisfied with the overall experience. The bike is lightweight and easy to handle, and the shock absorption is quite good. The rear basket is also very practical for carrying small items. The seller’s service was excellent as well. During installation, I made a mistake with the main stem/steering axis, but the seller promptly provided a detailed video tutorial with clear instructions. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

This showed up quick today, but I can’t put it together. It’s missing the front mudflap/fender. Not that I care for mudflaps or fenders. I wonder if any other parts are missing? I also got the black one, when I'm certain I bought the purple and black one. So, more than missing parts, wrong thing completely. Had it put together and the back wheel doesn't roll freely and scrapes. I'm scared to ride it! Okay, I tried to ride it and it has a steep learning curve. It's not sized for a 5'4 woman. It is sized for a 6' man. It is fun to ride, but damnit, not the colour I was expecting! I love purple. I'd return it if I could, but there's been no contact from the seller.

was so lucky to find an electric bicycle that's perfect for me. I really love the adjustable seat; it's so comfortable. The ride is smooth, stable, and easy to handle; I assembled it in about 25 minutes. What surprised me most was that it not only has a phone holder but also a charging dock—something I hadn't even considered! They've thought of everything. Now I won't have to worry about running out of power or carrying a bulky power bank when taking the kids to the park, and I can easily keep up with their bikes. I really love this feature; it solves so many problems for me. No more worries about running out of power or finding a place to put it. I can listen to my favorite music and ride freely in the open park. The back seat can hold water and drinks—it's perfect! The footrest is spacious enough to fit a case of water, making it very convenient for walking around in the park. And when it folds up, it fits perfectly in the back of my bike with plenty of space. I'll get one for my third child when she's older. I highly recommend it to my friends!
