I bought this c14 scooter looked ok. had some trouble with assembly. took it for test n. Noticed steering pulling to the left. As my 'speed increased the pull became greater. then i hit a small bump, the scooter an me crashed .i had to go to hospital received 15 stich's., WHAT I MENT TO SAY IS NO GOOD! Tried to complain an all of a sudden thy couldn't verify i was me. An couldn't help me.'

This is a good product overall. One thing to know is that the printed assembly instructions that come with it are very poor, especially the illustrations. They are very small, and parts are extremely hard to distinguish. Close up photos would have been much better. Make sure you watch the video for unboxing and assembly on the Amazon page for this product. I had to watch it several times, often pausing the video for a closer look at the parts. Pay close attention to the section for mounting the front wheel, and the adjustment of the caliper brakes. Once assembled, the scooter performs as advertised. One other warning: the completed scooter weighs 65 lbs, and is not at all easy to lift. This would be difficult to load into a vehicle for transport without help..........

I just received this scooter last week. It's amazing, very fun to ride, also plenty of power and speed on the hills. It's sturdy and well built to last a long time without falling apart. Ease of use: This scooter comes with a little box of tools, it is easy to set up. Comfort: Nobody doesn’t like a scooter with soft seat and a basket. Scooter quality: This baby has a longer life than average scooter. Build quality: I’m satisfied with well-made structure and large battery, it looks like a big muscle 💪 Why did you pick this product vs others?: Affordable choice for me!
