Very fun to ride and rides smooth. The seat is very comfortable. Goes slower up hills which should be expected. Very steep hills it goes about 8-10 mph but doesn't stop at least. Hardest part to install is the front wheel. Highly recommend over a stand up scooter.

I really like this scooter. It gets me where I need to go with little to no difficulty. I mostly feel safe. It’s a little unstable when driving but not too bad. I can manage. However, I really wish that there was suspension on the forks bc going over any bumps is just…unpleasant. Shock goes straight into my ass. With suspensions/shock absorbers the ride could be so much smoother. Other than that, I love the scooter. Even gave it a name. I use it to make money on the side with Uber eats. Pretty good scooter. !!!!!!!Extremely Unsafe – Scooter Malfunction Caused My Teen Son’s Injury I purchased this electric scooter for my teen son to use safely for his daily trips to and from school. It worked great for a short while — until out of nowhere, the accelerator got stuck while he was riding, causing him to lose control and fall hard. He was badly injured, and it was a very scary experience for both of us. After that incident, the scooter completely stopped working and will not turn on or start again. It’s now just sitting unused. I’m extremely disappointed and concerned about how such a dangerous malfunction could happen. I trusted this product for my child’s safety, and instead it resulted in an accident. I would like to request either a replacement or a full refund immediately. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this scooter to anyone — especially for children. I live in an apartment complex about 5 minutes from many stores, restaurants and entertainment. Just far enough that walking isn’t efficient, so I bought this scooter so I could zip back and forth without using gas. I was a bit nervous that it would be difficult to put together, however assembly was a breeze. My only only warning would be to be careful bc the pickup can get away from you. This scooter is ok for what it's worth. The design is a bit unstable so at low and high speeds it feels unsafe. I had a faulty tire and had to purchase a new tube. Also, upon putting it together, the front break did not line up with the pads so I had to add washers to make adjustments.
