This is bigger and nicer than I was expecting. Seems to have a lot of power, it takes right off. Smooth ride. My only complaint is that it was difficult to assemble, but admittedly I hate assembly. This e-scooter is well worth the money.

I absolutely am so thrilled with the scooter. For the for the price it is made really well. I’m a big girl so I was worried about the weight on it, but it handles it no problem. I love this scooter! If I had to leave a critique I would say you will have to buy another headlight for night time! But battery is great and it flys ! It’s a steal for 330$!

It works the seat is uncomfortable. The quick detachment levers broke way too easy when tightening them. Can’t adjust the brakes right cause they just grind and if you get them to where they won’t grind they’re too loose. The battery does hold a charge pretty long. when I got it, the rear rotor was rubbing against the frame.

I'm a 180 lb male, and this scooter still reaches speeds of up to 20 mph with no problem! I took it on a 3-mile trip to the gas station and brought back snacks, the built-in tie-downs did a great job keeping everything secure. I actually use it more than my kids! It’s safe, easy to ride, and far more comfortable than stand-up scooters.It even handled a pretty steep hill without any issues, which impressed me given my weight. Just keep in mind that body weight can affect performance. I also love how easy it is to fold and store in the backseat of my car for longer trips. I can’t wait to take it camping .

This is a good product overall. One thing to know is that the printed assembly instructions that come with it are very poor, especially the illustrations. They are very small, and parts are extremely hard to distinguish. Close up photos would have been much better. Make sure you watch the video for unboxing and assembly on the Amazon page for this product. I had to watch it several times, often pausing the video for a closer look at the parts. Pay close attention to the section for mounting the front wheel, and the adjustment of the caliper brakes. Once assembled, the scooter performs as advertised. One other warning: the completed scooter weighs 65 lbs, and is not at all easy to lift. This would be difficult to load into a vehicle for transport without help..........

Be careful!!! The twist throttle can be turned and stuck so if you run the key it will go flying! This happened to me, just one week in. As soon as I turned on the scooter it went full speed into the garage door! The rubber throttle grip can be stuck in a on position, so before you turn the key, make sure to check, as well as to lube or adjust so this doesn’t happen to you. Lucky no one got hurt, but its could have gone worse in a different area. There is no horn button the headlight actually has one and they could have wired it up for customer but a huge safety mistake. I have the same one on another bike and my photo shows the rear is the speaker for horn, just not wired to a button for this scooter. The phone holder is a joke, and should be replaced but it’s wired in with a usb plug. The pump is like the free ones that come with a soccer ball. It is very fun… but it has a few issues. The alignment is hard to get right. Be patient and you too can have the wheel and bars as straight as possible. The handle bar pole is also very flexy and squeaks. After riding for two weeks I can say it’s just ok. The power feels significantly less as the battery goes down, and the brakes rub so I will have to go through them thoroughly, but at least they work mostly. The headset creeks horribly where the handle folds down, so you can add some silicone spray to that and it will help.
