I received this today, a day earlier than expected. This was a very easy setup. I read other reviews and I can't figure out what their problem was in setting this up. Yes it is a cheaply costing purchase, but as they say you get what you pay for. I did notice that it did lag a bit between applications and a download, but that was the only thing I noticed. I recommend tho for you to get a case to protect the tablet and also a different charging cord. The charger like most cell phones are very cheaply made, for the cost of a different one it is well worth the price. WARNING: If your looking for something like an I-Pad this is not it. It's only good for a couple of things like downloading music files as I do. I'm not interested in the movies that they push on the screen. ... show more

It works fine and is decent for what it can handle but does not have the ability to run newer high end apps. Not being able to run those apps will be a problem in the future as newer apps come out.

This tablet is unusable and not suitable even for a child which is who I bought it for. It's sole function was for a child to watch YouTube on and even that doesn't work. It has a painfully slow Wi-Fi modem inside of it. Download speeds are less than 1mb per second. No YouTube videos function after the first minute or so, then you just get endless buffering. Also the operating system can't even be updated. It's stuck on Android 11 forever and shows the latest security update being from mid 2021. It will not update any further and just keeps saying the tablet is up to date. Just a terrible, terrible experience. And one very disappointed 7-year-old. Return and refund process started, annoyed and disappointed customer. I know you get what you pay for and this thing was dirt cheap but I figured at this price you would at least be able to watch YouTube on it. Coming in at around $80 i have now bought two of these tablets. They are 3gb RAM with 64gb internal storage and there is expansion for SD/TF It is only wifi, and is android 11, however battery life is exceedingly long even when kept with screen on and high brightness all day, running a few apps for work. Sound is nothing special, and display can be a bit dim on some view angles but i got one of these and two other higher grade tablets on the market and both of the higher end ones have been pieces of junk and hardware issuses / turns into a paperweight. This tablet had half of their ram capacity yet kept the pace when those machines even functioned correctly. I have since returned those others and got more of this model. seems like a nice solid aluminum body as well oh and the camera is pretty crap, wouldnt put any bets on this being anything more than a general purpose / workdesk tablet that sticks to light multi-tasking for a full days battery life no sweat. ... show more

8/23/2023 UPDATE: After a Sun Joe rep offered to refund my purchase (as product is not available and they would not offer a different mower in its place) they now say they will instead give me a Sun Joe in-store credit. Their online store does not have the product(s) I'm looking for. The products they do have would require that I pay 50% more than I paid before for another mower. My frustration with trying to resolve this purchase is not something I would wish on anyone. Another UPDATE: The seller contacted me regarding the problem I was having with getting my tablet to turn on. The seller was very prompt and offered to replace the defective tablet. The tablet arrived yesterday and is working great. THANK YOU BYYBUO! UPDATED: I've upped the star level to two. I did get the tablet to turn on again by using a paperclip and using the reset hole. Unfortunatley I've had to do this a few more times. Sometimes the on/off switch works, sometimes it doesn't. I'm using it daily again but am always uncertain if I can count on it turning on. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ I loved this tablet when it arrived (for the price I gave ti 5 stars). It came on quickly and served it's purpose as a screen for t.v. and Netflix. However all of those feelings changed today when it failed to turn on. It was fine yesterday. It doesn't even chime now when you plug in the charger (it usually chimes when you plug or unplug the charger). I'm right at the 6 month date. I will seek a replacement. ... show more
