It was great to receive an item that was well worth the research effort and was well priced for its quality! It came in a small box that I could easily manage. It was tricky to cut the plastic wrap off the tightly sealed folding mattress, but one it was carefully opened it immediately started to inflated. The miracle of science and packaging. I was very pleased with the quality of the corduroy cover. Within a few minutes it was fully inflated, didn't seem like I had to wait 48 hours. Had hardly any odor. The zippers were party opened but closed easily and securely. Firm but comfortable within an hour. Can't wait to try it tomorrow. For guests, its cheaper than a hotel for 1 nite. Kudos to the maker for a quality product (and I'm very picky)!!

Wow, this is super comfortable and easy to use. Shipping was fast and it came in a nice small box. It just needed to expand for a day or two and it's ready to go. We bought it for a small murphy style cabinet bed, but it could just as easily be put into a closet or tucked away for a ready to go bed options for guests. We're definitely considering getting one or two more to have handy. I'd definitely buy this again and feel it was well worth the price.

One of the best purchases and investment we ever made on Amazon. It provides the right kind of firmness, was super comfortable, easy to keep clean because it is washable or can be spot cleaned with hydrogen peroxide. After washing, putting it back takes about 15 minutes so having 2 people would make it easier. It does not smell whatsoever. My husband was so excited he barely waited 30 minutes before laying on it and it puffed up just fine. Very easy to use. We slept on it very well, the kids love it. We now keep it in the living room likely permanently so we can just lounge around whenever we want to. Our cousin who visited us said she planned to get the same thing for her house. The reviews that complained about its being bulky should have checked the measurements. It’s 6in thick mattress. Full size is plenty of space for 2 people. Now I just need the seller to let me know if they sell replacement covers because I would like to have it changed to different colors based on seasons. Please please make that possible.

I never thought I would be testing the quality of this product as thoroughly or quickly as I did. I ordered this folding mattress due to it being the right height when folded to act as an ottoman for my sofa. I love multifunctional furniture, so I figured I would primarily keep this mattress folded up as an ottoman and only unfold it as needed for guests. How wrong I was! 2 days after the mattress arrived my senior dog experienced an injury and required 12+ weeks of rest, no stairs and no jumping. I couldn't risk her falling off the bed or trying to jump on or off the sofa, so this mattress became our sofa AND bed everyday for over 3 months. To say it impressed me would be an understatement. It's been 14+ weeks now and we are still using it daily and it looks as good as new. It is just the right level of firmness to provide solid support without feeling like I'm sitting or sleeping on the floor. It is super comfortable and honestly I don't have any complaints. I have not noticed any sagging or issues even with far more use than I originally intended. One of the best purchases I've made and for only $120 this mattress was a lifesaver and arrived just in time!

3 stars because it was comfy… Upon opening the mattress, two of the three zippers literally crumbled off of the cover. I’m talking immediately as I was going to unzip to allow it to “fluff” easier. This left me with sharp material and no way of opening the cover for cleaning without pliers. Because this was a bigger expense I decided I would do an exchange. Generally not an issue as I typically can select my local staples, not in this case. This required UPS, which also requires it to fit into a box. This thing came vacuumed packed and is literally now like 10+ times bigger than the box. My first step was to try to contact the seller but there wasn’t even an option. Next I contacted Amazon customer service for a very lengthy call. The lady was sweet and understanding but she had no solution. It took 29 mins for her to come up with the solution of me finding/purchasing a box large enough to contain this thing, then sending in a receipt and they would reimburse me for the box. When I expressed that I didn’t think that would be an easy task as I wouldn’t really know where to start and asked if they had a box they could send, that was not an option. I asked if there was any way I could get just a replacement cover and I would send back the cover I have. Not an option as well. Ultimately I still have this mattress that cost me over $100 and no way to open with out the use of tools. We needed it for a guest this past weekend so I had my husband file down what was left of the zipper to avoid injury and used a sheet to help protect the mattress. This transaction will definitely make me think twice about purchasing an oversized item from Amazon. I love their return policy but they need a better standardized process for larger items.
