I had a regular rollator which was clumsy and about 26 lbs heavy. I am 74 yrs old and have severe stenosis in my lower back along with arthritis. The previous rollator did the job as long as I did not have to fold, unfold, put in and out of my SUV. Also, was not very smooth while walking. I was skepticle to spend this kind of money for this byACRE rollator. But, I am very happy and glad that I did spend the money and purchased this rollator. It is light, easy to put in and out of my SUV, very quiet while walking and of course... very sleek and impressive! Now abut that BUT in my heading. I weigh 174 lbs and have a small build and frame. 5ft 10.5" tall. So, I purchased the Regular Track thinking I should fit in it easily. No that is not right. I was wearing a winter jacket the first time I tried out and my jacket was making it very diffifult to sit on this rollator. So, I took out my jacket and tried to sit on it. Still very snug and difficult to get in and out. So, I decided to return this and get a Wide Track unit. The wide track weighs the same, works the same way as the regular track, but much easier to get in and out and sit on it. I am extremely happy with this rollator. I walk lot more than before as it is easy to put it in and out of my SUV and it looks great. I highly reccoment this if you can afford it. The money is worth spent. ... show more

As a 79 year old widow with two broken hips and a broken pelvis, a bout of sepsis really laid me low. With the aid of a walker, I became able to maneuver through my house with great difficulty and many falls. Prime Days gave me the incentive to order the Carbon Ultralight. I have not come close to falling since I got it. The stability is truly impressive. Its unique handles are more suited to my center of gravity and allow me to have much better posture and less pain. I have never had this problem with a rollator previously. I have no idea if the unit I received was defective. But when EMS needs to send out a medical unit and a fire engine to come to my rescue, I am bruised the length of my body on the left side- I am left with some really bad feelings about the product.I was making a gentle turn in my great room, lightly touching the brakes when the walker decided it wanted to go in a different direction ( I did not want to collide with a lounge chair).. The walker flipped and I had nothing to grab so I came down on the tile. I needed to crawl to the door so EMS could enter. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I have2 Elenkers. One is 17 pounds and folds for travel and the other is 23 and is all terrain. Both are in the $200 range. I use the 17 pound unit to walk the house for an hour every day. I bought this rollator for my 87-year-old father who has stubbornly resisted using one because of pride. His excuses were that they were too heavy and ugly. Well, he can't complain about this one! It's barely 10 pounds; he can lift it in and out of the car easily. It's also the nicest-looking rollator, hands-down. He chose the Oyster White color, which is a pearlescent off-white and it looks great. No visible cables means it doesn't catch on things when loading or unloading it, and it's super-maneuverable and stable and has kick bars to lift up the front end for curbs; no need to lift the entire rollator up onto the curb. I found it odd that it came with a storage bag but the backrest was a separate product. It's super easy to fold IF you have neither the storage bag nor the backrest attached; having either attached makes it less easy to fold.
