I usually do not do reviews right away as I want to see how the product responds to use before giving it a rating. However, so far I really like this chair! It was simple to assemble if you use common sense on the screw placement you won't have to change out long screws for short ones.... Chair feels nice and looks great behind my black glass desk. I will continue my review in a few weeks to say how I like sitting in it for hours! But so far very comfortable. ... show more

I started working remote full time and needed to upgrade my office chair that was more looks than function. Prior to remote, I’d use home office on seldom occasions where that chair did the job. Upgrading to this chair, I assembled it this morning and wow. What a change. Looks are still there with the super modern and sleek design and comfort is amazing. My employer should thank you as this keeps me by the screen for longer times without any discomfort. I brought the chair for was the fact it said it would support a person that weighed up to 350 pounds. So I believed this chair was going to be comfortable for a person of large statue. It it does support the weight since I am in that weight range, it is also comfortable, just a little tight since I am of large stature. If they had made it so the arms of the chair could be adjusted out by slotting the the bolt holes so the arms could be moved out this would be even more perfect and comfortable then it already is for larger people. ... show more

We have a couple of employees with high desks and the chairs are not tall enough for their desks. For the average desk height, they are fine.

    • Good chair for the money
Would I say this is a comfortable chair? Not sure I would say that but it does keep your back relatively straight which is important when sitting for long periods. The back supports work very well for such an unusual design but if I were to say something negative I don't think the neck/head brace fits well for my height (6ft). So far the backing isn't flaking and the arm rest isn't breaking off to peices like I've seen in other chairs but I don't belive any of today's chairs are exceptions to that over time including very expensive chairs. So far really glad I picked this up... was worried as there aren't many reviews. ... show more

It’s mostly comfortable, but the head support is way too high up and won’t lower. Also, the screw holes to attach the arms are poorly placed. The arms are barely attached to the seat and fell off once. It feels good on my back, but I thought the back wings would move and adjust to fit your back. However, the back wings are immobile, so keep that in mind. Most chairs suck, so I guess this one is okay, but I won’t purchase it again. ... show more

UPDATE 6/5/23: Seller reached out to me abt the issue I was having with this new chair.. So kindly offered a replacement chair or full refund as they really care abt their buyers.. and I didnt have to take the chair apart and return it which was my biggest fear... So glad they reached out!! 5 stars for customer service!!! Thank you so much Xiye!! Got the white and black 008 - been trying it out for a wk or 2 and already the seat lowers on its own every time I sit. I am only 5'1" and 138lbs. I currently have a $99 chair with mesh as well from Staples and it's worked perfect for 7+yrs nvr had any issues, still don't.. My needs are just diff right now.. So was looking for something more comfty.. I am not sure this is it.. specially if already having issues after 1-2wks and only a 3mnth warranty/replacement for a $300 chair :-( . It may just be going back. Also bc I am small my back is not straight in this chair, the back cushions push out onto the back panel. Idk how long that will last without breaking. I love the design and colors just dn't think it will last much. ... show more
