Base of chair was sticking out of box and box was laying on its side on front porch, because of that the base rubber ring was slit open and it’s so big its not that easy to just return! Plan gluing it down hopefully that will secure it enough!

Very good quality chair. Easy to assemble three parts with mechanicals all pre-assembled. Better than other similar chairs and much higher value for the money. Nice firm seat but with a slight bucket to keep client in place. Looks professional and high-end.

I did just received these Salon styling chairs today they came perfect. Not hard to put together, they seem nice and sturdy, to accommodate the bigger clientele. A lot of the salon styling chairs only hold 330 pounds and this one said that they can hold to 550 pounds. I was in need of new salon styling chairs for the last couple of years. My first thought was to buy something used, but the price for used chairs that only held 330 pounds was almost the same price as these brand new ones.     • Cheap base
Seat is comfortable but seller is definitely is overselling the weight limit. We have had no one near the 350lbs yet the base is popping with any movement (looks as if it’s bending) and chair always feels like the pump in locked position when trying to turn.
