The delivery was on time by professionals. It is so heavy. I wouldn't get the table to the bedroom by myself or the help of my wife. But the delivery people were very helpful. The assembly is quite easy. The instructions comes with the package is very clear. It is recommended to assembly it with two or more person cuz the table is heavy. I managed to assembly by myself but it's NOT recommended. One thing I want to suggest to the manufacturer is that even withhelp of two people, it is still very hard to assembly in a stress-free condition, meaning when insert the wheel to the table, the weight of the table is all on the wheel part, which might make the install of the screw incorrect. It's better if the wheel part can be installed while the table is on the ground and somehow turned to perpendicular after installing. The package is packed tightly with a lot of protections so you don't have to worry about damage during shipping. Everything is in great quality. The sound when ping pong ball hits the table is just right. I am very satisfied and I will enjoy playing ping pong on this table. ... show more

A very stable table with a rigid net. It arrived very-well boxed with extra supports in the corners where people can tend to drop it. We paid an extra $20 to have two guys deliver it directly to the room where it was going to live out its little life. We also had them unbox it so we could inspect for damage. It does indeed weigh 200+ lbs -- even the delivery guys were amazed at how heavy it was. We just finished first game on it -- super table and worth the cost. ... show more

Great, easy to set-up and store after each use. Max width is about 24" when folded up so it easily fits in my garage side wall with 2 cars parked. Assembly was super easy. I was just a few weeks recovering from my right knee ACL surgery and I was able to assemble this by myself in less than 45 minutes. The price was great as well, $280 for a 3/4" butterfly table! I and my family are enjoying our new table! I eventually bought Amicus Professional trainer to go with this table and the combo looks awesome! ... show more

The shipment are pieces of left over table and equipment. The tables are different finishes and not for table tennis (the finish should be grainy and not shiny) The finish should not be shiny!! Shipped by and sold by Amazon. They have no excuse.

The ping pong table came on time. The box was a little damaged. I paid additional $20 for the movers to bring it to my basement. I think it was well worth the $20. The movers were very careful with the walls and stairs. The assembly is not bad. But I noticed scratch of paint on the legs of the ping pong table, and the back side of the table has some damages. It does not affect the playing, it just does not look good, when you pay close attention to it. I called Amazon to report the problem, Amazon was helpful offered either I can return it or I can receive a partial credit. Since it’s already assembled and heavy, I took the partial credit. I think it’s a reasonable remedy. Other than these minor problems, the ping pong table is great, and beautiful blue color. My kids love it. ... show more

Solid packaging, no noteworthy nicks or scrapes. Assembly was 20-30min, 8 bolts to attach wheel bar to table legs (they give you wrench), clamp net in, that's it ... couldn't be easier . The outside edges of the table are fully protected with wood, so even sliding it down the steps did not cause any damage, etc... ... show more
