Okay, I use a lot of butane for my Duracell mini torch and occasionally refill lighters. I feel like this brand does work better in both of my refillable lighters with a taller flame and more reliable ignition. My only issue is that when I refill my torch I get more gas leakage when refilling. I'm unsure of the cause because the internal diameter of the dispensing nozzles on both this brand of gas and the brand that I've been using are identical to within 0.0002" as measured with pin gauges. This may have to do with very slight differences in the slight internal taper of the dispensing ports. Actually I'm ok with the leakage because it's not that bad and it only takes seconds to refill my torch. My second photo shows the refill valve of my torch and two different lighters. Both lighters have a rubber like gasket around the refill valves as seen in the photo and I have zero leakage during refill. The bottom line is that I do recommend this product because of its superior characteristics when used in lighters. My mini-torch works equally well with both products.

Awesome stuff. Takes a wee bit longer to arrive as it’s a compressed gas. I’m OK with safety for sure. Just a few days more and exactly what was stated as the estimated time. This should be a lifetime supply for me. But if I need more I know exactly the best brand. Metal stem is an upgrade. Also includes 5 different sizers with each canister if needed.

I bought this specifically to refill my cigar lighters. It does not work. I have three different styles of cigar lighters and use different adapters for them. This can will not go into any of my lighters or into the adapter. No matter what—gas just sprays around the nozzle instead of going in. I have no idea what this is actually compatible with; there’s nothing on the label that describes what it is for or compatible with. Unless you already know some very specific device this is made for like maybe some chef tool, the manufacturer expects you to know the secret handshake to obtain that knowledge. This knowledge I can assure you: it does not work for lighters of any kind. If you have a cigar lighter, do NOT buy this.
