Tis scope is amazingly clear. I've never shot over 500 yards until I got this scope on a Ruger Precision 6.5 Creedmoor. I have it mounted with a set of Steiner rings. First time at the range I got it sighted in and hit 6 for 6bat 1000 yards on a 2MOA target. The only con for me is the eye relief seems really long to me. Zero stop on the turret is great. Not the clearest glass for the money. The scope works fine tracks well etc. But to be fair it is a mid range scope and I was able to see over a mile clear enough to hit my target just don't zoom past 20 would be great on a .308 or 6.5 creed or other mid range calibers After using this scope for a few weeks and a couple hundred rounds of .308 I think I expected too much from the scope it is great at 308 ranges and won't break the bank ... show more

Top shelf scope. The 34mm main tube does make a difference. The first focal plane SCR reticle with matching MIL turrets is really nice as well. This scope is comparable to the Night Force line at a lower price.

Read lots of reviews before buying this and was very disappointed, I have seen better clarity on $200 scopes, you can ever get it quite clear, discoloration around the edges. I compared it to my arken ep5 which is a cheaper scope and the glass on the ep5 was significantly clearer, and it's not awesome itself. The biggest thing was that the seller, euro optics tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee to return it,I called then and they where very unhelpful even though I wanted to purchase a different scope from them, fortunately Amazon was very helpful,said what they are trying to do is wrong and they would refund my full amount. Love Burris products. This was a heavy scope, so I sent it back and bought a Leupold VX-6 4-24x52, which is much lighter. Burris has exceptional clarity and I have several other Burris scopes.
