I love this stuff and always keep it around the house. This works really good at pulling the heat out of your burn. I've used this from some pretty extreme burns to just sun burns. Years ago I had boiling hot caramel spilled all the way up my arm and hand at work. I stopped by my moms office to see if I needed to have it treated at the hospital and one of her coworkers was a first responder/paramedic he busted this stuff out and put it on the burn. It was amazing and after that I was hooked! The burn healed really fast and I didn't have any issues with scaring. Years later with a completely different employer I was digging through the first aid kit at work and noticed that they keep this stocked at all times in our kit. I've purchased this in the bottle and in little packets. I keep this in my car, desk, and house. I'm prone to burning myself on the oven and curling irons and anytime that happens I put this on right away. The great thing about this is that you can put this on the burn and it doesn't trap in the heat. I try to remember this whenever I'm traveling for sun burns. This is way better to put on a bad sunburn then aloe. I was in Fiji last year and made the mistake of not taking this with me. I got a major sunburn that actually ended up being so deep that it caused scaring. I was kicking myself for not having this with me.     • Really incredible stuff, even for severe burns.
Not sure how this stuff works, the ingredients don't look that special, but it works amazingly well on everything from sunburns to severe burns from bumping into hot stuff like grills, exhaust pipes, etc. We were give small bottles of this stuff at work. My first use was after leaning my forearem into a bbq grill grate, my arm actually sizzled. Ran right in and covered it with this stuff, I could virtually feel the heat coming out. Left a thick glob on my arm for a couple hours, expecting to wake to a giant oozing blister, but instead had kind of a white mark where the skin had died which was very shallow. Looked very similar to a callus after a friction blister dries up. Needless to say I was sold. Same story on simple sunburns, you can feel the heat coming out of your skin right away, and within 10-20 minutes see the redness visibly reduced. I’ve used this product for years and wouldn’t be without it. From oven, curling iron, stove, fireplace burns, it works like a miracle. The key is getting it on the burn ASAP. I don’t rub it in.     • Amazing Stuff and Does Exactly What it Claims
This is amazing stuff. I burned several of the insides of my fingers on my dominant hand recently. I happened to have a few packages of this in the first aid kit so I tried it. I was desperate as it was incredibly painful. Very bad blisters formed immediately. The burn free gel took about 25 minutes to take the pain away, but it never came back! I put the gel on repeatedly for the next 24 hours, and let it soak in. I then switched to some fresh aloe vera plant which is well known to help with burns and scarring. Within a few days the blisters were gone and there were no scars. Truly amazing stuff. I'm not sure why its hard to get in Canada anywhere I looked and many sellers don't ship to Canada.     • This burn relief also keeps it from blistering up. It heals much quicker.
It actually works very good to keep blisters to a minimum and speeds up the healing while erasing the pain.

I would have given it 5 stars, but the last time I used it I don’t feel like it worked as well as it did previously. Still helps take the burn away and keep you from further burning where applied.
