All I can say is I wish I had this kind of fun and functional space when I was growing up! Price is AMAZING for the quality that you get! Assembly was not hard. It is sturdy and looks like it will last. It’s a great bed space and hang out fun space to play. It’s a little house that it’s fun to sleep in and play!

Poor quality. There are cracked step pieces, many pieces with chips in them and chipped off paint. Very poor instructions included with this and we had to make several modifications for the window pane pieces because they were not the correct size for the space. Would not recommend.
