    • Great fountain weak pump.
Size: 53 Inch Color: Gray - 53 Ft
I love the fountain, but after a month of use the pump went bad. Removed the pump and tested outside the fountain and is not working. Removed pump from another fountain to double check and it works with another pump. So now all I need is a new pump for this fountain, which we like.

Still no response from the company about my issues with this poorly manufactured product...........................DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT...................................Great looking fountain, unfortunately the workmanship is lacking where the bowls are attached to the fountain. The fountain is leaking constantly. This requires filling the fountain daily, which is a problem. I purchased the fountain 3 months ago, and now cannot tolerate the daily work of filling the fountain anymore, so I will be reaching out to the company for resolution. ... show more

Purchased this fountain to update an existing greenery area. The description said the color was gold, but the pictures showed more bronze and it did arrive brown/bronze which was perfect. Shipping weight was only 53 pounds which made the install a one-person job. All you have to do is place the very top water jug on the stand, connect the pump, wires, fill with water and plug it in. So easy! The water sound is reasonable; definitely not overpowering. We've already received many comments about how nice it looks. ... show more

I have tried three times to reach out to the company to report leaking behind the fountain. There has been no reply. The overall esthetics and make of the fountain is nice but I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone to fix this problem. I’ve had it for only 4 months.
