Fountain was as advertised. Easy to set up. I did have a small leak issue but when I reached out to the manufacturer they were quick to provide a solution which worked and also refunded $100 and extended the warranty for an additional year. Based on this purchase I would definitely purchase additional items from them ... show more

I am very happy with my fountain. It’s outside, so I couldn’t tell you how it is to floors. But it has a peaceful flow, gentle but audible. And since there are two different water features, the two sounds meld together beautifully. It was bigger than I was expecting. Not so much in height, just overall size and space. This was a good thing, as it is in a large area. Way better than a smaller fountain being swallowed up by the space around it. ... show more

I bought the BG3041 model and the instructions tell you that after you fill it, you put the back cover on and make sure the wires are extending out of the small hole. The picture shows a square opening but my opening is round and I received no panel to close it with. So if I use it outside (which is my intent), all kinds of bugs and critters can get in it. I don't know if it is a design flaw of this model or if it was supposed to come with an access panel. Not sure if I want to keep it. ... show more

    • Solid build, lighting reflected off fountain.
This fountain is tall with a small base, giving you a very nice fountain with a small footprint. We put it on our deck where we can enjoy it both inside and outside the house. If I had one wish, it would be some form of site glass to monitor the internal water level.
