I'm really happy with the fountain - it's exactly as it looks online and is a beautiful addition to my patio. Very easy to set up, and the lights are a really nice ambiance. Would recommend the manufacturer include a cover for the portal the wires come out of - one is shown in the booklet that comes with it, but was not found in the box and was a different shape than the fountain portal. It's lightweight enough to move indoors for the winter, and the water flow doesn't splash out so floors will be safe. My neighbor was so impressed, he bought one too. ... show more

I bought the BG3041 model and the instructions tell you that after you fill it, you put the back cover on and make sure the wires are extending out of the small hole. The picture shows a square opening but my opening is round and I received no panel to close it with. So if I use it outside (which is my intent), all kinds of bugs and critters can get in it. I don't know if it is a design flaw of this model or if it was supposed to come with an access panel. Not sure if I want to keep it. ... show more
