We bought this fountain because we live on a busy street and we wanted a fountain to create white noise. This fountain is really attractive (gets lots of compliments), and we are planning to put a houseplant on top of it to make it even prettier. But the sound is great. It produces plenty of pleasant white noise to drown out the street. If you leave the back panel off, you get even more noise. After about three months, the pump broke. I believe it may have been our fault. The pump must be submerged under water in order to keep working. Like many others, we had issues with water splashing out of the fountain (probably because of my children moving the rocks around and/or playing with the fountain). So I was regularly adding water to keep the fountain running. But then we went away for a week and left it on. The water ran low and the pump broke. I messaged the company about the issue. They gave me advice on how to avoid this problem in the future and they offered to send me a free pump as well. Super nice of them. Also, you can find replacement pumps here on Amazon for like $15. So it's no biggie anyway. But the customer service was excellent, and we are very happy with the fountain.

The quality of the polyresin is very questionable. It looks nice, but I’m not confident it will last and hold up through the elements. The return policy is crap on this item so we are just going to take it chances with it. It’s very overpriced for what it is. If I could have seen the item in person first, I would not have bought this.

A well made fountain with built-in LED lights that add the perfect touch of ambient lighting. The adjustable pump let's you set the exact amount of water flow to mimic the sound of naturally running water without any splashing. Will definitely recommend this fountain to friends!

I ordered the Spiral Water Fountain, because I needed a new fountain. This fountain looked elegant and stylish. It is well made and arrived early. I set it up that evening, but the next morning I noticed a lot of water at the base of the fountain...I thought it leaked! I wiped up the excess water and watched it for the next few hours to see what happens. There was more water at the base, because it was splashing. As much as I really liked the fountain, I decided to send it back. I packed it up and got a return label. I didn't think I should have to deal with sopping up water everyday. As soon as my return was processed, I received an email from the Seller trying to find solutions and asking for photos to see where the problem lay. I had already tried to slow the water flow and used a pump from my other fountain. It didn't help. Since the seller was trying to solve the problem and needed to see pictures, I decided to unpack the fountain. I really didn't want to unpack it again! However, I unpack it, filled it with water again and waited to take pictures after it started splashing for awhile. You really couldn't see how much water had splashed because of the color of the background cloth, the fountain stood on. I researched one video and found that rocks may help. I had a few large rocks that I placed around the flickering water. I waited for two hours to check how much water splashed. What a difference! There wasn't as much splash! There was still a little, so I added a couple of smaller rocks in between the larger rocks. Again, even less splash. The next morning, there was a small puddle, so I added a couple more small rocks and now there's barely any splash. This is what worked for me. I watched to see how the water was splashing and tried to place the rocks strategically. If you're having this problem, this could be a solution. You may need larger rocks or whatever, but you may have to experiment, Placing the rocks where they are doesn't take away from the elegance of the water fountain. I hope the pictures help. Obviously, I am no longer returning the fountain. All along though, the seller was communicating and really wanting me to be satisfied with my purchase. I appreciate the concern of the Seller in trying to satisfy my concerns.

Today is the 2nd day, this is really pretty, last night, the light around the water outlet looked like a flickering candle. The light display bouncing around the top would be reminiscent of candles flickering in a cave. The plant stand on top is just an extra pleasant feature. At this point I would highly recommend.
