The sound of the running water is soothing, plus it helps cover 'neighbor noise' allowing you to feel Zen in your home. We added an extra black ceramic bowl for when we want the water louder. (the enclosed 2 images with & without & 1 bowl video) We also added 2 outdoor remote controls for the water & the lights so we can turn them off & on easily from anywhere in our home. We covered the plugs with faux plants. The customer service with the company is amazing, which is important to us. We highly recommend this fountain and company! The media could not be loaded. I’m so happy with my fountain! So easy to assemble, great packaging, it was just plug and go. My only problem was in the first picture, not much water flow. I found the plastic piece in second picture stuck inside air hose. Once I removed it, it works perfectly! That is the pump adjusted all the way up. It also arrived 4 days early and seller reached out to let me know they shipped. I’m super happy with my fountain and it comes with warranty. Thank you! ... show more

I am trying to find a relatively budget way to update/upgrade the look of my backyard. This fit the bill perfectly!!!! Will look great once wall is done and plants added:). Hopefully product will hold up in the long run. Will update!

The media could not be loaded. Looked at MANY fountains and decided on this one because of the look. When it arrived it was somewhat already put together so I assumed it was returned from another customer and sent to me. Still not sure. The box also had excessive packing tape on it at every seam. But all the interior parts seemed wrapped in plastic well, so not sure. When I put it together the instruction book does not mention the top bowl at all. The instructions are very difficult to follow because it tells you to hook things up that are already attached to other things that they don't even show a picture of or mention. They also mentioned putting the pump back through the back side of the fountain which is impossible, at least on mine because the hole is so small. But can easily be put in through the front side, it's just more difficult reaching the pipe and wires through the back putting your hand up the inside from the front. I believe whoever wrote the book never saw the product. But I got it together, filled it up and I'm enjoying it. They also mentioned the fountain needs 2.3 gallons of water but they also say in the pamphlet not to overfill it with importance. There is no guideline/mark inside the fountain to know where the maximum fill is. The catch screen that sets on the bottom bowl has a 1 and a 2 and an arrow on it but there's no indication or mention in the pamphlet of what it's for or if it's supposed to go in a certain way but it seems to be working the way I laid it on top the bottom bowl. It also is suppose to come with rocks which mine did not and when attaching the top bowl which simply sets on the fountain I had to run the water tube and the electrical cord to the light through the same pipe built inside the fountain and I was unsure of that because it's water and electricity. But so far it seems to be working well and I love the sound and I gathered my own rocks to put inside the bowl which I'm not sure if that's where they're supposed to go or not because one disappointing thing is the top bowl does not fill all the way with water and it leaves a lot of dry area exposed which is very different from the pictures they have on Amazon. All the pictures look like the top bowl is full of water, which I really liked. But when placing the rocks in the bowl it gives the illusion the bowl is more full of water, just don't cover the holes that are drilled in the top bowl to drain. So far love the fountain, it's only been 3 or 4 days, but I wish the instruction booklet was much better written in their directions, would have saved a lot of frustration and guess work. I am sad because I love this fountain but had to send it back. It worked well - pump and lights. I like the bubbling of water at the top and the rain feature in the bottom bowl. The problem that I had with it is that the water level went down much too quickly. It was inconsistent in that one day the water would last at least 24 hours and the next day I would find the fountain almost empty in less than a day. It is too stressful to be worrying about it being empty and ruining the pump, Any other fountain I have had could go a full day or two before I had to add water. ... show more

Great medium sized fountain perfect for use on a patio. Very nice looking yet lightweight. Super easy to put together. Love turning the light on at night and watching the water flow. Even the rocks that come with it are nice quality river rocks. Soothing waterfall sound but do be aware you can hear the motor running a bit. Definatley not too bad and would recommend. This is a beautiful fountain. However, the lower parts with the rain type flow, get clogged up and I have to use a paper clip to open them back up everyday. It is very frustrating. When they are open, it's great. But then, I have to open them back up everyday. I do not like that at all. It is supposed to be an outdoor fountain and that is where I have it. I would not recommend it for outside. ... show more

Once it was assembled it has worked! The fountain is rough and not as elegant as pictured. It had a strong water flow. The top bubbler is nice as is the lighting. How long it will last is yet to be determined. Why 2 stars? Because it is up and running. Why not 5? Because the directions were horrible. The parts and directions were incongruent. I have have several fountains over the years and this one is definitely not plug and play. There is no corner piece to remove for the electrical, only o hole cut out in the back. There was a small plastic piece in the water tubing. I took it out to see how it affected flow. Yet to be determined and don’t know if it belongs in the tubing. The screen over the bottom bowl is put together rather poorly and the fit a bit uneven. The flow into the bottom bowl is strong and not very serene. I would like it to work as I have another area of my yard where the stronger flow could work better. Time will tell. ... show more
