This is a absolutely beautiful watch. I'm 6'3" and it's a very nice size for my wrist, not large and not small. It has a good weight to it. I had to remove one link for it to fit my wrist in the hot humid summer that is now. I will take out one more link for the winter. I do wish it had a better clasp. It has opened unintentionally twice in the couple weeks i have been wearing it. This has quickly become my everyday wear. Hope you like it as much as I do! ... show more

Doc ps up date : i returned this watch , took me a month to get my money. Amaxzon refunded my money, not the seller. I think it was an honest mistake, said my return was exzcepted, and refond issued. amount issuwd was $0.00 on Oct 25th . Thanks to Amazon ,they made it right. be careful with this seler !!!     • Worst warranty service ever!!!
This is an update on my previous review. The warranty service took exactly 5 months from the date I sent it in and the date I got it back. It took a very long time, and their communication was terrible with no updates, but I must say that at the end they did a great job fixing the watch. They replaced the movement and also replaced the clasp, something I had not asked for, but works better now. The watch now works perfectly, and I'm very happy with it. But they definitely need to improve their service timeline and their customer communication. This watch turned out to be defective, a few months in it started running slow more than 30 seconds a day. I sent it in for warranty service. The service is being handled by Citizen Watch America and is horrendous, it's now almost 5 moths that I have sent in my watch and it's still not fixed, and I can't get a refund nor a replacement. I have called multiple times, and keep getting the same run around every time. This is by far the worst warranty service experience I have had with any product and any company. It's an absolute disaster. Citizen Watch America is the worst. No communication, no effort to resolve the issue, absolutely to customer care.!!! Avoid both Bulava and Citizen products. ... show more
