I purchased this watch over 1 year ago I paid more than what it’s listed for now but I’m happy with it this time piece I think it’s worth more than what it’s being sold for the only thing that I don’t understand is the clasp most time pieces have a clasp that open and close a lot easier on this time piece you have to you have to push the edges of each clasp against each other to pop them open other that you are getting a really good deal like I said the watch is worth more than what they are asking in my opinion having said that I bought a Rolex Datejust two tone stainless steel and yellow gold black dial diamond markers fluted bezel and wear it all the time I don’t want to take it off it’s perfect flawless the size is perfect 41mm not to big or to small the Bulova time piece is a lot bigger in comparison authorized dealer from Rolex there’s no comparison the price is astronomical apart both time pieces are beautiful though but I like the Rolex better even though it cost me 15k this Bulova is beautiful and worth more than what they are charging for it just a little chunky but it goes with the overall design ... show more

The reviewer that thinks it is a copy is WRONG. Exact same box, cushion and warranty card as the more expensive Marine Star watch I bought for my father in law from a well-known department store. I believe this to be %100 authentic and would not hesitate to buy the brand from Amazon again. Arrived in an Official Bulova box with warranty card and tags (tags removed in pics). Enough links are provided, as you can see many were removed for sizing. It hasn't visibly worn in almost a year. No color fading, no face scratches and Zero missing crystals.. NONE. My husband's worn it on his wrist for roughly 10 months. He wears it all the time. Although, he has said it is a bit heavy. It's come into contact with many hard surfaces, and he's even worked on the car with it on. Again, there is no noticeable blemish on it anywhere. 5 star Durability for such a delicate looking piece. Walked up to a jewelers counter myself and in the same light, it looks exactly like whats in their display. Many glass cases are lit inside. Standing up, it will look different than within inches of direct white light. That should be obvious. I'll update with pictures in natural light because in the sunlight, this watch absolutely gleams and sparkles very brightly! Very attractive and people notice it. He loves it!     • Great Watch, Odd Movement!
The watch is stunning and really stands out! The craftsmanship is great and feels great on the wrist. There is only one complaint I have. That the "Day" hand does not switch over at midnight. You have to wait until 430am ish until the hand changes day completely. There is even a movement for a half way mark which you would normally think it would move to at noon, and then switch at midnight, but it doesn't even budge until 230am and then completely moves to the next day around the 430-5am mark. Bulova was slow to respond and I first thought this was a defect in the first watch I bought, so I did a return and had another shipped out, only to find it did the same. Bulova said that this is just how the movement is designed. I think they could have done better here as many cheaper watches are set up and capable of changing days at the correct time. Other than that, the watch is beautiful and will catch the eye of just about everybody within site. I haven't had it long, but my last Bulova watch is still going strong after 15 years. So I hope this one does the same! ... show more
