I use to use a resin version of this that was more expensive and harder to deal with. I have not noticed any difference switching to this, and the powder is much easier to deal with then the resin. 5 stars for the effectiveness. I definitely feel the benefits of taking this. However the flavor is not good at all. If you take it with just water just prepare yourself. I mix mine with my protein shake in the morning and that does the trick. Still get a hint of it's taste but it's at least drinkable. I’ve purchased a few bulk supplements before with no issues. Not sure if the powder is lower strength. But it recommends 1/2 tsp. Vs the 1/4 listed. No mention of mg in ingesting with the 1/2 tsp. So I’m going to return.

This stuff is not the dank-smelling black goo you buy on Temu. This stuff is a brown powder that smells and tastes like creosote, but a good dollop of honey helps with the taste, and it has all the benefits one expects from shilajit. Will buy again.

Uhh maybe a good supplement but will not dissolve completely, even in my hot coffee. Sticky AF. Gets on everything and again is highly resistant to dissolving. Hated handling the stuff and through the bag out after trying for three weeks to work with it.
