Bought these to install in a house we were renovating. All of them failed after a month of continuous use, we had a lot of trades working most of the day and they didn't turn lights off at night for security reasons. Returned the entire order for refund. Installation is a bit tricky and requires you to remove the metal collar that is shipped attached to the lights so that you can install the 2 springs that hold them in place in the ceiling can. After you make the electric connection either by wire nut or screw in connector, you have to compress both of the two springs at the same time, guide them into the ceiling recepticle into the small slots for them then push the entire light up to fit it snuggly against the ceiling. MOST other vendors use the exact same system, just be prepared for this when you install them. Lights were bright when installed. Wish they would have lasted as long as expected. I suspect that quality control in some Chinese factories dropped significantly during the pandemic. Hopefully, this has been resolved. ... show more

Procuceron was delivered as described in a well packed box with all necessary connectors. It fits regular junction box and any recessed lights fixture also. Lots to like with this down-light housing from Bulbeats. The unit sports a pair of LED lights with a good CRI that's set to 4000K which is an optimal color temperature for kitchens and utility areas. Biggest ding is that the two lights designed to rotate in the housing flip to opposing sides, meaning one light angles towards the front and one light angles towards the back. Unsure if this is an intended feature or an assembly defect from the factory but it looks weird that they're both not rotating to the same side. Note that these also come with pigtails only so it's not for plugging straight into an electrical outlet. Other than that, it's well built and we find the dark brown color of the metal housing to be quite attractive, note the packaging label marks it as black. ... show more

Item is well built, and the spot lights can be manipulated into different directions. This item does need to be hardwired. This was my mistake when I ordered it, somehow I misread the description and thought it didn't need hardwired. It is very well built and I can't wait to put it up over a large painting I have.
