For awareness, this is a rotary and not a DA polisher. If you are not experienced and don't know the difference, I would recommend doing a little research to make sure this is what you want. I have a couple DA polishers and wanted to add a low cost rotary to my tool set. The pads seem like they are ok qaulity and should hold up to a little use. I compared the foam pads in this to my lake country pads and they are not built nearly as well. They are much softer and not as dense. You will loose compound compared to a high quality pads and I suspect they will foul a lot faster. The wool pads look synthetic but I am not sure. They are pretty low grade so will probably use those on my wood projects and not my rigs. The arbor is an m14 (I didn't see it listed) so not super common like a 5/8. I still found some low cost extentions and 1 to 3 inch backer pads for more detailed areas that can't be reached with DA polishers. It's pretty much as described so 5 stars. Just realize, the materials are the quality I would expect for a low cost kit like this. I am not even close to a proffessional at detailing so just want stuff to work on my own rigs and my random woodworking projects. It will work perfect for what I need it for. Oh yeah, it's got an terrible apron like the disposable ones you use at a dentists office. ;)

Compared to another polisher I already have ($80), this is cheaper ($50) and more heavy duty (and heavier)! It also offers more speed options, for both polishing and sanding. It include two backing plates (two sizes) and a variety of polishing pads/discs/sandpapers, etc. along with other small accessories. Two handles, one side handle and one D-handle. For such a complete set with a polisher in great quality, it's a incredible value! I really like the weight of the tool and the amount of control with both the handles and speed settings, and feel confident about using it in my next car painting/polishing project. Will update if I change mind after project use.

This polisher far exceeded my expectations. It comes very well outfitted with a carrying case, a huge variety of pads, and replacement brushes. The pads alone would cost close to what the price of the polisher is. It feels very well constructed and operates smoothly. It's got a decent weight to it and feels better balanced than another rotary polisher I have.

Nice product. I wanted to polish my toolbox and make it shine again and it did the job. With the different pads it gave me options. The pads stuck to the polisher and of I went. It is a great value and functions as intended. Made it easy compared to other methods. Good tool
