Box was crushed. Bowl was cracked, had to fix with epoxy. Had to replace tubing. Would have returned except I threw away the box.

The fountain bowl arrived broken. The bowl had a giant piece broken out of it. I requested a new one....which also arrived cracked in the bowl, but fixable. After fixing the replacement with a sealant, the fountain works quite well and is easy to assemble.
