The cubbies are very sturdy. The metal used and the wood are both solid. All the parts came in one large long box. Perfect size for my toddler and 5year old. Assembled fairly quick. Got a good deal over all. The ladder has foam on the steps. Just be careful with the corners on the metal bars.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased for grandkids. They love it!! From what I hear the assembly wasn’t the easiest and took several hours. The shipping cost was extremely high. Outside of that everything great!!

I am extremely disappointed and concerned with this bunk bed. The quality control is non-existent. First of all, the pre-drilled holes for the screws do not align at all on one side. This makes it impossible to properly secure the frame, leaving the entire structure unstable and unsafe. Even more alarming is the top bunk's mattress support system. Several of the metal slats do not fit correctly; they are loose and fall out with the slightest movement or pressure. This is a massive safety hazard, as they could fall directly onto my younger child who sleeps on the bottom bunk. This product is not just difficult to assemble; it is dangerous. I would not recommend this to any parent. Save your money and keep your children safe by looking elsewhere.

Good value for a bunk bed. The product itself is well built some of the locking hardware for the wooden shelf end was junky. I had it put together in a few hours with some help from the kids. I definitely suggest using the wall mounting hardware as it’s definitely a lighter weight frame
