The media could not be loaded. Purchased for grandkids. They love it!! From what I hear the assembly wasn’t the easiest and took several hours. The shipping cost was extremely high. Outside of that everything great!!

The media could not be loaded. Two of the pieces are damaged when I open the box to put the bed together. So far it’s been easy to put together. And yes I know you get what you paid for things but damage goods ain’t it tho, I’m going to continue to put it together hopefully it’s well still be useable.

It came 4 days early which is great but a few of the wood pieces were cracked but it doesn't bother me currently as it isn't something I much planned to use. It was crazy easy to put together by following the instructions and insuring I was listening to the "Be mindful of the direction of this piece". I put it together alone despite the "requires two" warning. Took me less than 2hrs. Size is a bit bigger but also smaller than expected. It's length is longer than I realized it's be and shorter(this was great for me to be able to do on my own). The extra storage is great and can stand alone on it's own as well which is pretty nice. Everything fit together pretty well so I'm expecting no issues.

The cubbies are very sturdy. The metal used and the wood are both solid. All the parts came in one large long box. Perfect size for my toddler and 5year old. Assembled fairly quick. Got a good deal over all. The ladder has foam on the steps. Just be careful with the corners on the metal bars.

This bed frame is easy to assemble if you have common sense on following clear instructions. Feels durable and can hold my kids weight with no issues. The part are well put together. No gaps or broken parts. I did receive duplicate parts which cause the cabinets to sag BUT they replace them immediately. Perfect costumer service in my opinion. Comes with spare hardware in case you lose some. Overall my kids love it and so do I.
