I absolutely love the look of this coat—it’s soft, fuzzy, and really cozy. Once it finally arrived, I was happy with how it felt and it does keep you warm. It’s definitely a stylish, comfortable piece. The biggest downside was the delivery time. It originally showed 2-day delivery, but every time the delivery date arrived, it got pushed back another three days. This cycle went on for over a month. By the time I received it, the coldest Christmas days were already over, which was frustrating. I’m not sure if this delay happens to everyone, but I’d definitely recommend being cautious if you need a coat on a tight timeline. The fabric can be a tiny bit itchy on your neck from the collar, but that would be my only complaint. Otherwise, it's warm, not too heavy, comfortable, and the overall quality is pretty darn good. **I would definitely size up! I am usually small/medium, and although my recommended size was a medium, I sized up to a Large. I'm glad I did. It gives you some extra length in the sleeves and that perfect oversized look. The photos dhow this coat being knee length. I’m 5’5” and the coat was mid thigh. Also, some reviews were saying it runs big. I usually size up for my coats since I could be wearing a sweater with it. But due to reviews & Amazon recommendation, I got my regular size & the coat was tight.
