Quality of the carpet is a hit or miss. I ordered two of these carpets on the same day and both were delivered on the same day. The two carpets are like night and day. One of them laid flat immediately, the edges were straight and the carpet is soft. The other one feels thin, looks warped and the edges are uneven. No way that this one will ever lay flat. The difference showed in the packaging, too. (Maybe that’s the issue?) The three pictures show two different carpets. The first two pictures are of the good one, the other is of the bad one. What I am trying to show here is that the carpet either come perfect and will lay flat immediately, or not. If your carpet comes looking like the one in the third picture, don’t waste your time waiting for it to correct itself. I’d give the good one a 5 star rating. It’s super pretty! But it came vacuumed sealed so when I took it out it was all wrinkled and I dont know how to flatten it. It is a little slippery but my hardwood floors are pretty slick to begin with.

I was so excited for this rug to come in. It looks exactly as the photo except- it’s crunched up due to the packaging. I am one to appreciate using less packaging on products, but with a rug, especially one that is quite thin, you’d think that being in an airtight bag isn’t the best idea.
