I am not that happy with these. While the mechanics are solid with the cord free movement and the rod for flipping, the item is not especially warm and is off on the color. The wood grain is the poorest attempt that i have seen in a while on fake wood. I do not understand why they even put it there as I cannot see it from any distance. The strings running throughout seem thinner than any other pair of blinds that we have in the house and I fear that I will see them wear and snap inside of a year. The picture shows the part that I am missing; there should be two...and that the parts box was ripped to pieces and written on by the someone who had my "new" blinds before me. As for the mounting system, I am not a big fan. There is more hardware to mount, it is not as strong or reliable of a set up, and really is not any easier to use....in fact...it may be more difficult than the normal end caps that you get from most blind manufacturers. All in all they went up and they fit..I am just afraid that they will not there long between the thin strings and the flimsy mounting brackts. ... show more

The product looked ok, but I measured my window incorrectly and the company REDUCED my refund significantly to return the product. Very disappointing. That fact needs to be highlighted in the product description.

The product was as advertised, however I found that the color was slightly off of what I wanted it to be so I decided to return. My only option for returning was shipping with one particular company for $18 - if you're going to order these be 100% sure you're getting the right thing!
