These at least had some strain relief unlike some of the other more affordable options but the internals are not very beefy. They *look* heavy duty, but once you open them up you realize they are have opportunities for improvement. I knew they wouldn't be as beefy as the heavy duty yellow plastic ones I normally get, but I purchased these for stationary usage for some ceiling mounted lighting that had existing plugs in place already for existing flourescent lighting fixtures. They'll do fine for that, but if you are looking for something that is going to see pulling or constant movement, I'd go with something a little beefier.

I never write a bad review, this one is my first negative review, and maybe I’m wrong. This 15A plugs are the worst quality I have ever seen in my life, HFreight ones are far better quality. I’m an electrical engineer and I was in a hurry to order some male plugs to replace old worn out ones. I have to say that I was using 14 awg wire (otherwise it will defeat the purpose of a 15A plug) and needed to tighten the screws properly. It is absolutely imposible to tighten the screws without breaking the tab to the legs, at least the ground ones. I tried 4 different plugs and broke the ground tab in all of them. The seller should have tested a few and complain to their supplier if the quality is substandard. The only way I can use them is with thin wire and without tightening the screws.... Imposible A waste of time Look at the pictures.
