As a business who needed labels printed remotely via wifi network this printer has been the worst decision we made. Day On spent 3 hrs on phone with BRother getting it connected on network and P touch installed week later No network connectivity after one person started using their phone to print I spent another 2 hours on the phone with Brother, being told to delete and reinstall the P Touch software, which only led to catastrophic print failures on all our other devices. Total spent time is almost 6 hrs now and we are calling an IT specialist so they can fix our network issues as a result of the installs and uninstalls repeatedly due to brother customer support. AVOID AND BUY another brand. BROTHER IS NOT 2024 ... show more
