Before I got this, I'd been using a cheap-o product from Sam's Club that cost me around $45 for 5 lbs, and honestly I absolutely dreaded drinking it. I would mix it with water and choke it down as fast as I could to avoid tasting the sub-par flavor and feeling the undissolved lumps of powder slither down my throat as much as possible. Feeling a need for something better, I did some research and this stuff (the Dymatize powder) was recommended by a couple of websites for their high-quality flavors, and I decided that buying something that I actually enjoyed drinking would be worth the extra twenty bucks, so I gave it a shot...and...I will never go back. I got the fudge brownie flavor, and I almost immediately knew it would be better just from the simple fact that it actually completely dissolved in the water. I was quite happy to see that there weren't a bunch of globs of undissolved goo floating around in it after a modest amount of shaking, and it is very smooth to drink - maybe just the barest hint of grittiness but that could be the fact that I didn't shake it enough. The real star of the show, however, is the flavor. Unlike the other stuff I was using, this powder tastes absolutely delicious. In my opinion, both flavor and texture-wise the fudge brownie tastes EXACTLY like drinking powdered cocoa, and it's excellent. I now look forward to my protein shake. Rather than just choking down the entire thing as fast as possible to avoid the taste and texture, I savor each sip, and I'm even a little sad when it's gone. I am very impressed and very happy I spent the extra cash to get such a high-quality product. Oh, and upon receipt (since it came up so often in other reviews), I insured the container was sealed (it was), the container was full (it was), I looked for signs of bugs (none that I could see, but I'll keep an eye out), and I placed it on a scale that rated it at 5.2lbs, so everything seems to be in order on the quality assurance side of things. All in all, very good product, high amount of protein, low carbs, low calories, and the flavor is spot on. What's not to like? This is my favorite protein powder. Two scoops, 8oz of almond milk and 3/4 of frozen banana slices is my go to breakfast smoothie. This powder mixes well and doesn’t taste chalky.

This is one of my favorite protein powders. It tastes great, mixes easily, and has a light texture that doesn’t feel heavy. Most importantly, it doesn’t upset my stomach, which has been an issue for me with other protein powders. Honestly if you're looking for a new protein powder to try that's a good mix of value/quality, just stop looking at get this. Out of all the protein supplements I've tried this has quickly become my favorite. Great price (especially when you get the bigger tubs), crazy macros, amazing taste, and dissolves better than any protein powder I've tried. My only regret is that I didn't start getting this protein powder sooner. You can't go wrong with this. Below are the reviews of the flavors I've tried so far: Fudge Brownie: 10/10 my favorite flavor by far. As far as I'm concerned, this is the perfect protein powder flavor. Mixes well and tastes just like hot cocoa powder mix. I'd drink this flavor even if it didn't have protein in it. Cookies and Cream: 7/10 doesn't taste bad but really doesn't taste like much at all. This flavor is really weak but it doesn't taste terrible like some protein powders so it's pretty easy to drink I just wish it had more cookies and cream flavor. Birthday Cake: 4/10 I thought this flavor was decent the first few times I tried it but I got sick of it pretty quickly. It doesn't really taste like birthday cake it has kind of a weird vanilla flavor that I don't especially like. Great protein/calorie ratio, dissolves well, the fudge brownie flavor is REALLY GOOD… the only problem for me is, even though it’s isolated and hydrolyzed, it still gives me stomach issues cause I’m lactose intolerant. They say isolated has almost no lactose and hydrolyzed even less, but it still triggers it for me. So if you’re lactose intolerant and very sensitive, this might not work out for you. I’m unfortunately gonna have to give it to one of my coworkers and buy one with lactase, because I’m not ready to give up all hope and buy plant protein powder. I haven’t gotten to that point yet. ... show more

I love this flavor especially using it as a way to make healthier desert options. The ingredients are great, I will say it doesn't blend well unless you shake or blend in a blender, you can't just stir it. Its a great value for your money.... though they could probably get a way with making a smaller container... ... show more
