Have a brother laser printer for several years. Had used these toner cartridges previously, however, the cost is horribly expensive. Switched to less expensive off brands and some okay and some not good. Last purchase was buying brother brand again, however, this will be last time. I got tired of the generic refills blowing toner all over the inside of my printer. Got the Brother 100% new carts this time. Yeah they cost a bit more but I have never had a new brand name explode like the generics do. You get what you pay for I suppose but from now on I am paying for Brother brand, new cartridges. ... show more

    • I wish there was a cheaper option...
I've gone through several batches of 3rd-party toner (i.e., not Brother), and have always been somewhere between unimpressed and really disappointed. So this time, I bought Brother-branded toners at a *significantly* higher price. Result: Well, now my HL-3075W printer prints like it did when it was new. I wish there was a cheaper option for GOOD toners, but I haven't found it. THESE TONERS ARE REALLY GOOD! ...they just cost a lot, which I think I already mentioned. To be honest the first set I received was faulty. They printed pink. The seller re-sent and replaced the toners. The Second set WORKED GREAT ! Thank You ! Great Sellers. I guess anything you purchase has a chance of not working right. But the replacement sent really does work GREAT ! Wonderful Item for the Price ! Would and Will buy again and again !!! ... show more

    • A little pricey, but worth it if you depend on your printer for work
Buying them as a set of 4 saves a few bucks over buying singly. They are still significantly more than the off-brand or refilled versions, but over the length of time you probably use a set, the overall savings for the gray-market versions will be limited, and it gives you the consistent performance and repeatable cartridge life. I keep one set on the shelf so I can replace as soon as I need to, and the storage time has never caused any problem. I am happy I am getting what I pay for. ... show more

    • Based on my experience with both, I'll stick with Brother quality over the recycled
The only toner that I will now purchase for my Brother MFC 9010CN. I tried the "alternative" less expensive toners, but honestly think that in the long run, there is little savings. I need quality, and the "alternative" product streaked and printed poorly.

They are OEM toner carts and work like they should. I chose the pricey OEM route because I was concerned about the quality of 3rd party refills where sometimes you win and sometimes you don’t.
