This machine was so easy to learn! It was extremely easy to set up and super quiet. It took me a couple of times to figure out the self needle threader, but that was my issue, not the machine. I would definitely recommend it.

This machine is user friendly , quite , stitch pattern is very good , I liked the machine , even though I had to return it , it was not what I was looking for , I needed a machine with much more speed , for the work I do . For I beginner sewer , this would be fine. For me I would need a machine with more speed , even though I don't have the money for said machine just yet.. I can't speak for durability since I didn't work with it for any real length of time . ... show more

Directions are a bit difficult to follow and are not clear. The thread carrier would be a problem if you move it around a lot, could get snagged and broken.
