I'm relatively new to embroidering and I had a problem with my thread looping in the underside of my material. I called sellers, Mr.Vac and Mrs.Sew to see if they could help. They certainly did. He helped me through the process of fixing the issue and now it works just fine. It's a great company!

Ok. Ever had a BMW? Top performance that may be even a bit 'over-engineered'? Maybe you quickly realize that you are the weakest link in this incredible technology experience as you grip the steering wheel? I have. Had a BMW 750iL with the V12 take my family and I around Europe. The world rotates under a proper car like the BMW, especially when on the Autobahn. There's a similar experience with this sewing machine. It has been incredibly thought-out, has more technology than the space shuttle, and yet is easy to learn.
