Absolutely wonderful machine, Pays to read the manual, that way it works perfectly! Follow all instructions like correct bobbins, threading, etc. The sellers seem more than willing to work with you and walk you through troubles you may have. Very happy I bought it.

If it doesn’t work, it’s more than likely NOT threaded correctly… You Must have the machine on to thread the machine and especially to pick up #4… other than that, it works like a dream!! I love this machine. It sews through multiple layers easily. The first project I completed with this machine was quilting and binding a quilt. This is my first embroidery machine, so I did research on how to operate it. It was easy to maneuver through the choices to embroider. I was excited about the end product when I embroidered a name. The quality of the design looked great to me. All in all this machine is easy to use for a beginner.

It has the capability to embroider and any designs that you create can be saved using the USB that is provided. It runs quietly but handles the thickest of fabric.
