Such an expensive unit and no warranty or returns after 4 months? I tried to work on it once and it’s just not easy to work from the app, it’s pulling the thread as well, it’s just sitting there and I have to pay every month through affirm for something unusable. I tried to return it via Amazon a month after purchase but got denied then contacted the seller and a few months after and they refused to take their unit back and refund me. ... show more

So far I’ve only made one embroidery pattern but it was easy to understand how to do it simply by reading the manual and following the cues on the machine. I have so many quilting and charity projects going that I haven’t tried to download any new embroidery patterns or done any other sewing on the machine, I own 3 Brother sewing machines including this one, and I love the similarities which makes it easy to switch from one to another. I’m looking forward to doing a lot more embroidery after I get caught up with my project pile. ... show more
