Why did you pick this product vs others?: Love it! But only makes pocket size things. I have been making patches for my kids book bags. The app is very user friendly and the machine is very simple to set up and get started. Love it, but I am ready to do larger peices

I received this product as a Christmas present with the intentions of starting a new hobby…. if I could give this product zero stars I would. This quickly went from an investment to a burden with the amount of money I spent on accessories trying to give the pe545 a chance. I purchased several 4x4 .pes files from Etsy and the machine said every single file was too big. So I thought I’d try one of the built in designs…. I adjusted the tension between 2 and 4 before starting my project.. I followed the instructions on how to thread the machine properly.To simplify things let’s just say I have two broken needles, two large holes in my shirts and over $200 worth of accessories I can’t use.
