Was pretty excited to embroider my own company shirts. The machine came, I unboxed it, follow the instructions to start winding the bobbin, the button to turn the machine on and off was defective. The microswitch inside had no sprig to it. It was just dead. Pretty disappointing after wasting the time to register and connect to WiFi. Now I have to waste the time to box it all back up, take it back to ups to return the machine, the thread and the backing. The instructions were photos only with no video available online for any additional support. All the videos online are product reviews and another 9 min video was a very poor attempt to give a step by step from unboxing to doing your first embroidery. I am very surprised that brother, as large of a company, does not have some “how to videos” of each of their products. ... show more

This product works very well. It was SUPPOSED to be a CHRISTMAS present for my Wife. AMAZON drops it of in the factory box with a label slapped on it. NO MORE surprise for a Christmas Present. Basically I'm Pissed off that I almost sent it back. Bad business
