Came fast. Was packed well. But my machine it was bought for had the wrong part number in its instructions. So I had to return it. Otherwise it would have been awesome.

I bought this as a replacement for the 6 AA batteries in one of my hand held P-Touch lPT-E500 label maker.s So far, so good and no issues whatsoever. Sure beats having to replace batteries all of the time or being tethered to a power cord. Worth sticking with an OEM product as well.
