This picture frame is a super great and convenient way of sharing images with parents. Got this as a present for my parents so I could upload pictures for them. The android app is super simple to setup, and it is quick to add the pictures to. Within the app you can manage multiple frames so you can add specific pictures to a specific frame if you want. The frame operates on a cloud network, and I have been sending pictures to it for a few months now and haven't run into an issues with running out of space. I plan on getting more of these for different types of pictures.

This photo frame works great quality of the picture is awesome. With different functions. It can display one picture or 2 at a time with borders, frames and videos.

Wonderful product and great quality. Very clear pictures and video display. However, it is fairly high-tech and has numerous features that you COULD use. The problem, though, is that, beyond e-mail, password and how to send pics to it, it came with no in-depth instructions about how to set it up. The tiny amount of instructions that were included can fit on a business card. It’s very frustrating and disappointing to try to figure out how to get it to show more than the same damn few pictures every day even though I put many, many pics on it. Also, video’s are impossible to see even though I also put many of those on it as well. You can see all your pics on one of t the two “main menu” (?) set up, but it’s frustrating to get them all to display throughout the day. Much less video’s. I hope I can find some help with this thing on YouTube! I was gonna buy a couple more as family gifts, but I don’t want to burden anyone with this overly technical contraption when there are no real how-to instructions to go with it.

We got the 8 inch version as a gift several years ago and my wife loved it.. So this year as an early Christmas present I bought her 2 of the 14 inch digital frames that use the same app.. These are 5 star frames but I gave this 4 stars because the two although the same model are somewhat different with different firmware and a few different features.. One seems like it has a faster processor as it loads picture files faster, one has a turn on and off timer while the other uses a light sensor to sleep and wake.. The larger frame also makes putting the right orientation of the images more of a requirement when it comes to portrait or landscape.. I plan on going through all our photos and separating them out then have one frame for portrait and one for landscape.. You could also use a photo editing program to help with this but stretching and clipping has its own downsides..

Pros - Never thought I'd own one but figured it was the perfect way to scale down on storing boxes and boxes of photo albums that never get used. I also don't have to dust framed pictures around the house any more! Family and friends love seeing our revolving pictures. It gives them a quick glimpse of what's been going on in our lives without having to bombard them with tons of photos or videos that they really don't want to see anyway. It puts them in control of asking for details about a picture they're curious about. Sending pictures from my phone to the frame couldn't be easier! We love seeing the daily reminders of vacations, weddings, family, etc. It can give you a real boost or a good laugh when you need one most. Cons - Very little tech support. Don't expect an owner's manual or hard copy of instructions. You need to download the app and read the very minimal instructions there. The stand that the frame sits on is not the most stable and is difficult to attach. They fail to explain that detail. After the frame fell over multiple times I discovered a video online from a 'user' who shows you how to set it up. The most frustrating thing with this frame is they don't tell you how to delete a photo from the frame; instead they tell you how to delete the album. I don't want to delete the whole album and start over! Not sure what to do about that so I'd suggest be sure you really want to send a photo to the frame before hitting 'send'. Also there's no way to view a photo gallery on the app so I can see all my photos in one place like you can on your cell phone's camera roll. Sometimes I'd like to quickly check to see if I've sent a particular picture to the frame without waiting for all 500 pictures to cycle through. Perhaps there's a way to do this on the frame itself; haven't gotten that far yet. Lastly, the app shows a handful of photos sitting in a queue, asking me to select photos to send to the frame when they were already sent. Not sure why this only happened with a few photos or if deleting them from the queue will delete them from the frame. Overall, I love this frame and wish we'd bought one sooner.

I like the look of this frame. The wood frame is much more classic/timeless looking than some other digital frames that just look like an iPad. Occasionally the slideshow freezes and I have to unplug/plug back in. Not sure if that’s an issue with my wifi connection or the frame itself, as it doesn’t happen very often.
