I bought my original reed diffuser from their shop in Brooklyn. I'm terrible because I didn't feel like buying from them directly. I sort of hate that I need to purchase X amount to get free shipping. What can I say but I'm addicted to Prime Shipping? I'm running low on this scent and I ordered a new one. I started using the original bottle at the end of May and it's now the middle of July, so the volume lasts a good amount of time. I like this diffuser because it makes it so that the area it's in doesn't smell like "cat." You know what I mean. You can be as clean as you want, and certain areas still might not smell so fresh. This diffuser doesn't have the fake smell of a standard plug in air freshener. It's just enough. My only regret is that you can't purchase just the liquid. You have to get the reeds as well in the giant box. First world problems, I know. ... show more

I really love most Palo Santo scented products, but sadly this one fell short. I had this same brand in another scent in our powder bath, and it was the perfect level of scent and not overwhelming. Once it ran out, I tried the Palo Santo and was really disappointed that I could barely smell it, even after multiple days with the door closed. I ended up swapping it out for the same prior scent (Santorini) and put the Palo Santo in our less-used bathroom. If you're looking for a very faint scent in a small powder bath/space, go for it.
