I bought this for my teens Halloween costume and we are both pleasantly surprised by it. It's actually very nice quality, it doesn't tick too out, it keeps the time, and was extremely affordable! My teen has now used it for other outfits and is very happy with it. Bought for use as a hand prop in a play. Looks great and seems well built. As for keeping time, I can' say as we didn't use it for that.
