I was sick of taking the melatonin gummies because I always felt like I had to brush my teeth again after taking them. These little dissolving ones taste great and I love that I don’t have to pick them out of my teeth after taking them. They are a great value for for effective they are and how many you get in the bottle. They are super tiny and thin and truly do dissolve quickly just as advertised. Also they don’t appear to be full of sugar so I’m not worried about my teeth just rotting away during the night like I am with the gummies lol. They kick in quickly and the best part is that even if I have to take a few of them throughout the night, I’ve never felt groggy in the morning or at all the next day. No weird dreams either! I will definitely add these as a staple in my bedtime routine and I’m so glad to have found them!

The real deal. Honestly, you can take 1/2 for 5 mg. This will last for a year or more, so very cheap. Doesn’t taste real good, but not horrible.

They do not dissolve easily. However there small and taste good. Helps fall asleep and stay asleep most of the night. I like them because they don’t have as much sugar/ carbs as Zzzquel gummies.
