Take this at night time before bed with plenty of water. Clearlax has been incredibly helpful for my daughter when she’s having stomach issues. What I appreciate most is that it’s truly flavorless—I can mix it into her drinks without her noticing any taste at all, which makes giving it to her so much easier. this does work! I only have been taking it for about 5 days consistently, it has no taste, best part and you can just mix it in water or juice, which is awesome! Sometimes it does get kind of gritty in the juice or water and you just have to keep mixing it or let it sit for a little bit to dissolve! After taking it for a couple days, I did go regularly for 4 days straight, so since I am 5 months pregnant, I believe that I am going to have to start taking it every day!! very similar to brand-name and cheaper through Amazon!! huge bottle!! You know what I can't stand? When things don't work. You buy a product, you pay your money, and you expect a certain... result.
