I have used several different types of bidets (including the Tushy) before, and did a lot of research before finally purchasing this one. We have been using it for several weeks now and it is absolutely perfect! It has exceeded my expectations in every way! I was looking for something plastic-free for the durability, and for environmental reasons, and this is one of the only options on the market. The only plastic component it came with was a riser for the other side of the toilet seat, to keep the seat even. It was very easy to install and only took about 10 minutes. I only used the components that it came with and didn't need to add or replace anything. I also didn't need to use any teflon tape, and it has never leaked. I did not purchase the hot water option because our sink is not close enough, but my husband and I both actually find the cold water refreshing. The water pressure is insane - I've never had it even close to full blast - but the nob makes it easy to adjust to whatever pressure you like. It did take a bit of trial and error to get the positioning of the arm right so it would swing out to the correct place, but once it was good I tightened the bolts down and we haven't had any issues with it moving out of place. We have a standard style toilet - not a french curve. I love that the arm swings under the toilet seat when not in use. I am a woman and I have found that I can swing it forward slightly to get the "front" area effectively as well. The stream does come more "straight up" than "from behind" like some models are designed to do, but I honestly prefer it, as you can direct the stream to the exact spot you want it to go. It's very easy to clean around - especially compared to plastic models like the Tushy. And if anyone is concerned about the nozzle not being "self-cleaning" you can easily turn it on for a second on low pressure to do exactly what all of the other models do. It is also very slim and sits under the toilet seat very well - it hasn't made the seat feel different in any way. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews that said they had to buy different hardware or that installation was difficult, but I did not have that experience at all. Everything worked perfectly and was super easy. I honestly think we will have this thing for a lifetime, and I plan on installing one on every toilet!

Only Bidet add on I could find where valve you don’t have to turn off water to toilet between uses. Have had for almost a year now and works well with no leaks. It seems durable, installation was easy, and it fits an elongated bowl perfectly. There is a lot of movement options with mounting. High quality product, and not concerns about leaks or flooding in the slightest!

solid build, but nearly unusable. the nozzle is impossible to position in the center rear of the bowl, and it has an east-west orientation where a north-south is the only thing that makes sense. not adjustable human anatomy. a couple of simple, important tweeks would make this thing a clear winner.

I decided to purchase this bidet because: 1. It is made of all metal parts, no plastic to break 2. It very adjustable; it can be moved easily into place or completely out of the way I found installation to be a little challenging only because we have a one-piece toilet with just the water on/off valve (coming of floor), no on/off valve on the water line to the toilet tank itself. Despite that, Brondell customer service is EXCELLENT. I was able to call & talk to someone, and they followed up very promptly numerous times via email. Wherever you decide to purchase, I recommend Brondell. Very please with this bidet; its amazing adjustiblility both of the spray arm & the spray itself are excellent. Highly recommend.

Warning, candid language Minor gripes about this unit, one being a leaky install off the "T" that diverts water from the water tank supply to the attachment itself. Had to cannibalize a conical rubber washer from a spare water supply. The supplied washer sucked. Replacing the washer solved the problem. So gets 3 stars for the install issue. Apart from that there is a small leaning curve with this unit since in order to deploy you have to swing the flush arm into place by using a lever on the right hand side, then operate the water valve which is a x shape so it's easy to grab. A couple of times i soaked my right thigh deploying while not in place spraying the underside of the toilet seat which of course leaked onto the floor. Once you get used to how to position the swing arm, and you will need to do some twerking, you can hit the bullseye with regularity. The flush arm more or less tucks under the right side of the seat which i like better than the back-of-the-bowl spray assemblies which routinely get basted with splattered poo. Yuck! Construction seems solid but i'm sick of these short little water supply hoses that sharp angle on install when they could have given us 2 inches more of braided steel and the routing would greatly improve. Now it's installed i guess i'll keep it. Cheers, Drew!

This is a reat product! All reviews I've seen for plastic bidets end up leaking or not working eventually. I bought this worried I'd have issues with not having a water heater integrated, it's been fine. So far so good! 😊
