I love this car seat, it is wonderfully made and super safe. The ClickTight installation made it super easy and quick. For my infant, the recline was not an issue as it supports their head perfectly when they fall asleep. The only way that the recline was an issue was the fit in my car. The car seat did not fit in my Volvo XC90 or our Mazda CX5. However, it did fit in a Buick Enclave. I feel that the swivel rotation is smooth but sometimes can get stuck if you don't engage the button and pulley enough.

Bought this for my daughter who is due in less than 2 weeks so have not used yet, but she seems pleased and this appears to be multi functional for the different ages. Plus it looks like the Lambo of the car seat world, Spendy but great!

The Recline is Frustrating

This seat has had some major backlash. Let’s discuss (from a former CPST now mom). Things I love: the pebble color, it’s gorgeous (Amazon exclusive). The easy turn and easy to access handles to turn the seat. We also have an evenflo 360 and the Britax is MUCH easier to turn. The harness straps are also better and don’t tangle as much compared to our evenflo 360. The seat is slim and looks very appealing and high end. The installation was seamless, and the pistons are nice when installing it. Installation is a BREEZE. The click tight system can never go wrong. I also really like the harness pads because they’re the perfect size. I wanted a car seat that didn’t have a magnetic chest clip either, and this seat has just a regular chest clip. Things I hate: the seat will NOT STOP clicking, even when it says it is locked. This happens when my daughter is in it and when she’s not. I know these 360 seats can tend to make noise, so I will be consulting Britax to ensure all is good. Now let’s talk about the recline. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee which has deep vehicle seats, so to install this car seat I have to have the base footing kicked all the way out (this is how they say the seat reclines by the way). That is not a true recline for the seat. The lack of recline adjustment is what makes this seat not compatible for most families. The way it is currently in my vehicle, my spouse still has enough comfortable room to sit in the front passenger seat. If you have a baby that is on the smaller side who doesn't mind sitting at a deep recline, then you probably won't have any issues with this seat (you might actually really enjoy it). My daughter is 1 and on the smaller side, and doesn’t seem to mind this seat at all. I worry about when she gets bigger how this seat will work for us then. This seat should be purchased only if you feel your child wouldn’t mind the recline. Mine currently has no issue with it at all.

Best Rotating Car Seat

Love this car seat! Installation with the one click is a breeze! It rotates nicely and makes it so we can fit a human in the middle between two car seats that are rear facing. Britax is known for its great safety so it’s makes me feel comfortably with my babies in it.

Quality lost to rushed production?

The positive: very comfy padding, easy install. The negatives: 1) Rear facing incline is way too much, would be okay for infant but definitely not for toddler. But honestly I don't think it would even fit comfortably behind the driver. Britax has released a statement that said you can adjust the incline into what was originally marked as "no" with the leveling bar and gain like 15 degrees but we sent it back before this was released so didn't try it. 2) One of the buckle pockets was completely sewn into the main padding seam. We were so excited for this feature and we couldn't even use it lol. 3) The headrest handle (top) was super jiggly and starting to come off on one side. Overall it felt like the production was rushed which affected quality and since this was a new release, we ultimately decided that we didn't feel safe having our baby be an initial test baby for it. We were highly disappointed by a seat we were soo excited to get.

Does not work for a toddler!

Britax dropped the ball with this one. I ordered this for my special needs 3.5yr old she 38" 40lbs I was trying to find an option that rearfaced to 50lbs. I trued to install this in our 03 suburban. In order for my daughter to ride rearfacing I had to have the front passenger seat all the way forward to were no one else could sit there. That wasn't even with the carseat head rest all the way up! There is no way this will work for a toddler.

The best car seat- no contest

Holy grail of car seats! We’ve tried several different brands for 360 car seats and this one is hands down the best. Installation is so quick and easy! The price tag is a little heavy but for us, it’s 100% worth it. We have two car seats in our 2nd row captains chairs and our teenager has to go in between to sit in the 3rd row- these seats really are slim! They give her plenty of space to get in back.

Tight fit when rear facing

Wouldn’t recommend to buy… had high hopes, but our Graco one is honestly nicer than this. It works fine, but the handle to turn isn’t super great (gets stuck) and the car seat when facing backwards takes up a lot of space & I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee, so anything smaller would be super tight. Had to put behind passenger seat because it didn’t fit behind the driver seat for my husband or myself. Passenger seat had to be moved way up. I give this 3 stars because I do think it’s going to be nice to have once forward facing, but rear facing it honestly sucks
