This cover is quite easy to use, works well and warm. The only thing keeping it from being 5* is the second flap doesn’t have a snap or magnet to secure it, in wind it flops around. Yet I would still recommend this cover.

I like this product but not love. Works very well if you are using the base attachment it also keep our LO nice an warm with an extra blanket. Now being in colder climates this is a must and I am happy britax makes one, it is a bit pricey and it is difficult to use when installing the seat with just a seatbelt because the grooves are covered by the cover. Overall would recommend if you specifically have a britax car seat. ... show more

Pros: Super easy to put on and take off car seat Easy to open and close Has several different ways of being open (three quarters, halfway from the top, halfway from the side - see photos) Very soft Really stylish! Keeps baby warm without having to wear too many layers Blocks light rain and snow Keeps away strangers' grabby hands in the grocery store Cons: Can't use sun shade while this is attached When my baby was born a few weeks early in the dead of winter, I wanted to make sure I could bring him home from the hospital and to doctor's appointments warm and safely. I knew from reading about my car seat that having babies in fluffy clothing while strapped into the car seat compromises their safety because you can't get the straps tight enough. Thank goodness for this cover! It comes off and on really easily, and it's also very simple to open and close. It's SO SOFT, and it's also a good way to keep your little one from grabby hands in the grocery store. I have even carried my baby around in the rain using only this cover and he didn't get wet at all. Perfect for cold weather and keeping baby covered. Repels water which is great in rain or snow. Doesn’t obstruct the handle like some car seat covers which could make it awkward to carry. My little guy is super cozy in it.

It takes a little bit to get used to, but I love how you can leave it on. A bit of a pain if you don’t have a base in your car and have to work the seat belt through. I love in CO, it can get pretty cold, my baby has never gotten cold. Not that we are out, mostly transferring from house to car, sometimes we do go on occasional walks. ... show more

Using this on my baby's Britax B-Safe infant carrier and it works really well to keep him warm during these colder months. Material is quality and you can tell it keeps the baby shielded well from the cold. The only thing i wish is that there was velcro or snaps on both sides so you can pin both sides up over the babies head momentarily while you're heading to and from your vehicle in extreme weather. as it is, only one side can snap and the other one kind of flops around unless you tuck it under the other which is silly.
