I have thick, curly hair and the shampoo would not rinse out of my hair. I had tons of white grit left in my hair. It looked far worse than any flakes I had. It snowed grit onto all my clothes. The conditioner did nothing to moisturize and I had to use handfuls of it to get any coverage on my hair. After I rinsed it out, my hair was matted and frizzy and I had to follow up with regular conditioner to get the knots out. Do not recommend if you have thick, curly, or already dry hair.
