Product arrived with a missing track piece. Reordered and second product came with the piece missing that I originally needed along as well as more missing pieces than the first box ordered. This was a Christmas gift that my son cannot play with until we get a piece of the track that is missing. Otherwise the track will not join. Ordered a third set. Just to see if I could resolve issue and get a completed set. was the third try ordering with hope that the box would have all the pieces. Wrong. The third set had the same pieces missing as the second order. Missing parts indicated with a red X on attached pictures. Great quality. But it is too expensive for this type of thing to happen. My son was super excited to receive this train set. I left it out for him in the living room so we could open it up in the morning. The box shipped as is with a label slapped on the side of the box. When we opened the box almost all the pieces were missing. There were a few train tracks, a gate and some rocks but there was no train, no lift, and no animals! I couldn’t believe there was nothing else in the box!! I’m assuming this is a previously returned product. Clearly it did not go through quality control before being shipped. Very disappointing.     • Engine arrived broken and customer service hasn’t replied.
We have numerous Brio sets. Police station, fire station, 2 smart tech sets, the mining mountain, as well as separate pieces like boats, and an airplane. This set is similar in quality to those (except for smart tech which is garbage) being sturdy, easy for small hands to play with. However, the touch train engine doesn’t turn off. Sometimes we are lucky enough to press it juuust right and it will turn off, but the next day we will find it has turned on again and driven across the room and the battery is now dead. I have reached out to Brio on Facebook and they directed me to the online customer service. I filled out the contact form and, months later, still have never heard back. ... show more
