Really happy with these motorized blinds. Installation was straightforward, the remote works well, and they do a great job blocking out the light. The motor is surprisingly quiet and the blinds move smoothly without feeling cheap. I recently upgraded my kitchen with the Bringnox Motorized Blinds, and honestly, I wish I had done it sooner. If you are on the fence about whether motorized shades are worth the investment, these will definitely win you over. The setup was surprisingly straightforward. I was worried about measuring and mounting, but the custom-fit sizing was spot on. I had the brackets installed and the blinds snapped into place in under 15 minutes. Whisper-Quiet Operation This was the biggest surprise. I’ve tried other motorized brands that sound like a small vacuum cleaner, but the Bringnox motor is incredibly quiet (rated under 45dB). You can open them in the morning without waking anyone up, which is a huge plus for the bedroom. The fabric quality is premium—I went with the blackout option, and it truly blocks out 99% of the light, turning my room into a "sleep cave" even in the middle of the day. The cordless design looks much cleaner than my old manual blinds and gives me peace of mind with my pets running around. The rechargeable battery is a beast. I love these blinds. I can control them from anywhere using Alexa and can raise the blinds via my voice from anywhere in the house. I am also able to set routines for them to raise and lower at different times in the day so I don’t have to get up and manually do those. So whether I’m in town or out of town my blinds do exactly what I want them to do. They look great also!

I have had these blinds for about 6 weeks now and they have worked flawlessly. Only had to charge 2x so far, and based on the dark gray color I chose they really block out the light wonderfully. If you want to upgrade your space they are a solid choice.

I am giving this company five stars because of the customer service. We did have some challenges when we initially ordered the blinds. Initially, we had put in all of the blinds with the measurements that we wanted and thought that it would be saved and then ordered two of those blinds initially. Unfortunately, I did not double check the size of the blind so we ended up getting two smaller blinds that would not fit the windows we had planned for. We did contact the company, unfortunately because these are customized, they could not refund our money. However, they did agree to give us percentage off for our next order. We placed our second order, they did honor the discount, but after installing them, one of the motorized blinds completely stopped working after a few days. We contacted the company again this time they did refund the one blind. With now, having one working blind, and two blinds that we would now have to find another spot to use them in our home because the size did not work. We ordered another blind to combine with the two blinds we already had for another area in the house. Unfortunately, the measurement was too short for the window that we were going to use. I contacted the company and Liz via email reached out and was able to come up with a great solution. The company was able to send us new fabric rolls and also an instructional video on how to change the fabric roll with the length that we needed. They did this at no additional cost to us. We have received those roles and it was extremely easy to make the change and now we have them set up in another area on the house and they are beautiful. Positives is the fact that their customer service did come up with a solution and was able to work with us so that we didn’t have blinds we could not use. Be aware the best way to contact this company, is to go to their chat, put your information in and send it. You will be contacted via email within 12 hours and will work with the agent via email exchanges. We tried multiple times to try and reach a person, but the number they have listed is disconnected, so you do need to go through email to get something resolved. Negative, probably the biggest one is that you need to follow the rule of check your dimensions, and then check them again before sending to the company as they cannot refund customized blinds. Was a little disappointed that one of the motors did stop working so soon after we got it installed, however, the company did refund the money back for that blind. We have placed an additional order and have other areas in the house and we would definitely use this company as the fabric options are much better than other companies, it’s not just the flat vinyl look but actually has textured patterns and overall the quality is very good.

The blind was delivered quickly, and packaged well. The blind was cut to the exact size that was submitted, and installation was super easy! For a blind that is over 105”, it was a breeze to install and set up! Programming was seamless. It looks great and works well!
