My husband used this Briggs & Stratton 14" surface cleaner to power wash his shop floor with 4,000 pounds pressure per square inch. The spray nozzle is easy to attach to the pressure washer with quick connect. It went over the floor easily and moved quickly over the large area. A wet/dry vacuum was used to pick up the water; this system worked well with a two-man team. The device didn't pick up deep oil stains in the cement, even though my husband used the brush at the perimeter to try to remove hard stains. Even so, he was satisfied with the result, and appreciated the good quality and durability of the spray nozzle. He commented that after use, it didn't look like it had ever been used.     • Works great on a big dock
I have a very large dock on a lake in New York, which I pressure was w a 2700psi B&S washer every year. I used this surface cleaner this am to wash the dock. I never use any soaps or solvents given this is a dock- water only, and I haven’t washed this dock in a year. Mold grows on the surface, particularly in the spring., so the dock was pretty dirty. Add to that kids, dogs, food and fun there was plenty to clean up. My dock is 2k sq ft- yes 2k. So it’s a huge dock. I have washed this carefully in the past with a wand and a “general” setting/nozzle. I typically took me 5-6 hours to clean the whole dock completely. This tool worked great. I cleaned the entire dock in under 2 hours. I kept the cleaner moving, and found it much easier to pull the device rather than push it. The head nicely covers two board widths at once, and I simply worked backwards two boards at a time. The dock looks great, and the tool seems no worse for the wear. And my back doesn’t hurt like it has every other year with just a wand. The device is somewhat “flimsy” so I would be carefull to clean up loose debris before using. Personal opinion, $ well spent! Would/will buy again! Recommend viewing U-Tube for prior maintenance before using. I cleaned and lubed, preventive maint. thing prior to beginning. After approximately 8 hrs. use thus far between two house holds (sidewalks and driveways), zero issues (both electric and gas powered washers). Faster! Deeper cleaning than using the "green" spray nozzle of power washer. And definitely don't get near as soaked/wet. Only partial shoes and NOT the entire lower half of body as with spray nozzle. Just use the green nozzle to rinse! I didn't get a before pic of driveway, but look at sidewalk pic and you'll get a good idea. Spray nozzle washed both 5/6 years ago? Took for ever. Less water. Less time. And NOT soaked from the waste down from over spray of nozzle. ... show more

Just purchased and tried it out. It works great as compared to the job the standard nozzles do on my sidewalk and driveway. I live in South Florida and mold and soil on the concrete is an ongoing problem. My pressure washer is an old craftsman (2000 psi max) and I noticed that the rotating wand slowed down when the water under the unit built up to a certain point. Lifting the unit up slightly to relieve some of the water did get the wand back to rotating at a higher rate. This inconvenience may be due to the lower pressure that my unit operates at. 3000 psi would be better. The only issue I have is the fact that the filter shown in the literature that came with the unit is not easy to remove from the inlet fitting. I may have to remove the fitting in order to push the filter out of the fitting. According to B&S support the filter should just pop out. The only question I now have is how will the unit hold up under frequent use and will the filter and nozzles need frequent cleaning. B&S support is not very good on this product otherwise I would have given it a 5 star rating. ... show more

    • This thing is AMAZING!!!
We have to pressure wash our sidewalk and driveway or else have the dreaded HOA fine the tar out of us. Usually this is a chore that takes me a day and a half. So out in the Florida sun, I'm cursing the HOA and the heat while cleaning outside. This attachment made my work a breeze!! it only took me 3 hours to complete the entire sidewalk and huge driveway I have. Everything was clean as a whistle and I couldn't be happier. Read the instructions because if your like me you'll assume the bristles are there to scrub and you'll push the wand all over the place to get maximum cleaning. DON'T do it. I think my neighbor was secretly hiding in the bushes bc he jumped out of no where to "inform" me that I was "Doing it wrong" - (eye-roll). But the eye roll happened in my head and I put-on my listening ears and hate to admit it...he was right. Just go in straight - don't "scrub" with the bristles. It didn't get clogged up with sand or dirt. It was super easy to clean - just hose it off and allow it to air dry in the garage. Worth the money and saved me sooo much time and back pain!! LOVE THIS ITEM!! ... show more

    • AWESOME PRODUCT! BUT.....
This thing was the most awesome tool ever! Too bad it only lasted for about 30minutes. I took it apart and was unable to find any obstructions. I double checked the filter and it was clear. After reading one review about replacing the filter with a generic one from HD. I tried to run it without the filter just to see if the filter WAS the issue. It was not. I watched several YouTube videos and most will tell you to lubricate the middle bearing. That didn't work either. But they were right. It comes from the factory WITHOUT ANY lubricant at all. HUGE MISTAKE! I decided to give it another chance and returned this one for a replacement. This time, I lubricated the bearings before using it. Worked like a champ without any issues at all. This is an awesome product! But it should be lubed at the factory. It keeps you dry and does an outstanding job cleaning. Taking it apart is simple. It only requires a Allen wrench. Goop up the lube, reinstall, and you're ready to go. I would recommend letting the unit dry after using it, and then lube it again before putting it away for storage. ... show more
