  • Best Touring Tire for New Harleys
I ride a 2017 HD Road Glide. Ive had two sets of these tires, front and rear and am currently on my third rear tire. First tested these out at approx. 10K mi. Changed out my rear again before heading across the country to TN at 20K(premature/precautionary change). I then changed out the front at 28K. This latest rear tire I changed out at 34K. 14K mi on the last rear tire, phenomenal mileage considering how aggressive of a rider I am on the throttle. These battlecruisers handle very well in gravel, rain, snow, slush and on dry pavement. I find the rubber to be a medium compound, as opposed to the hard and much slicker compound provided by the Michelin Commanders. I 110% recommend you give them a try. ... show more
