I really like the shine and sparkles of this belt but it is slippery and I had to knot it twice in order for it to fit and not fall down off my waist. When I wore it with my wedding gown and used the restroom, the ends of the ties kept slipping into the toilet because it was so long. Definitely worth it because the same exact thing is triple or more the price at David’s Bridal. Loved it and will be using it again.

I used this on my daughter's wedding dress. I cut off the ties and hand stitched it to her dress. It is well made and very pretty. It sparkles in sunlight. It can be ironed onto the dress. They sent a few extra beads.

I purchased this belt with low expectations, despite all the great reviews. I had some last minute tailoring (a week before the wedding, because I like to stress myself out) done to my dress and during that, the belt built into my dress was damaged. I was pretty desperate to find a quick fix and was willing to resort to a wide ribbon if need be, but when this belt came in, I knew it was perfect. Seriously, the photos do not do it justice, it is so gorgeous and sparkly. This is a belt the bridal store I bought from would have charged hundreds of dollars for. I have a thicker waist right now (33") and there was plenty of extra ribbon in the back to trail down. I added a pic of my fat back so you can see. 😅 It looked made for my dress (in my opinion). I can't speak to the longevity of it since I only wore it once for my wedding and haven't touched it since, but considering most people are buying this for a one-off special occasion and it's extremely cheap, I only care if it lasts the night, which it did. I highly recommend this and will tell anyone who needs a fancier belt about it. Love love love. By the way, if anyone happens to be curious about the designer and style of my dress, I will try to update my review later to include that information (BRAND: Ashley & Justin Bride, PO#: 31785, CONF.#: 579109, STYLE: 10755, COLOR: Ivory/Rosewater, SIZE: 12). I know I saw lots of dresses in reviews like this while I was shopping for mine, but most of the time no one ever mentioned who made theirs, which was a bummer.
